Digging a bit deeper, I stumbled upon a Daily Mail article from February 2020, boasting about Eli’s multimillion-dollar eCommerce empire. The catch? No other stores were mentioned, leaving us to assume it’s all about the watch business.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting. Take a trip to Elmore Lewis’s Facebook and Instagram pages, and what do you find? Nada. No new posts for a solid three years. Social media engagement is barely a blip, and guess what? No paid ads in sight. It’s got me wondering if the online store is still raking in the bucks because, let’s face it, there’s not much happening there.
My hunch? Eli Dangerfield is probably making most of his money from selling that eCommerce course of his, rather than the actual eCommerce store. And get this, he’s got a YouTube channel with 1.43k subscribers, but here’s the kicker — only nine videos up there.

The Six Figure Brand Accelerator claims to teach you how to make money online by launching an eCommerce brand.
However, the course is very brief and the training quality is just okay.
It’s not exactly mind-blowing, and truth be told, you could probably get similar info for free online.

How is The Training Structured?
The course consists of 6 modules:
- Mindset training
- Product research
- Calculate profit margins
- Building your online store
- How to create social media ads
Overall, the content outline is very similar to other eCommerce courses out there.
Eli Dangerfield offers a personal mentoring program in ecommerce. However, it comes at a high cost, amounting to thousands of dollars.
To apply for this program, you’ll need to provide information such as your email address, name, Instagram handle, phone number, age, country, experience level, the hours you can commit, your income goals, the importance of the program to you, and your budget.
I don’t recommend his mentorship program because it is too expensive. You may not be able to make the money back at the end of the day.
How Much Does Six Figure Brand Accelerator Cost?
The Six Figure Brand Accelerator program is priced at $997, and if you prefer, you have the option to make two payments of $597 each.
There’s no visible refund policy, a major concern. Legitimate ecommerce courses typically provide some form of refund, even if it’s just for 7 days.
After researching, I found instances of people expressing dissatisfaction with this course and facing difficulties obtaining refunds.
Who is Six Figure Brand Accelerator for?
The Six Figure Brand Accelerator is best suited for beginners who want to understand eCommerce basics.
However, it might not offer much for advanced learners.
Do Eli Dangerfield’s Students See Results?
On Eli’s sales page, you can find lots of testimonials. However, he explicitly mentions in his terms and conditions that he doesn’t verify the authenticity or accuracy of these testimonials.
This uncertainty leaves us questioning how many of these success stories are genuinely true.
One of the main promoters of Eli Dangerfield’s course is Teddy, who resides in Adelaide and was featured on Love Island Australia. According to an article from March 2020, Teddy claimed to be making $75-82k a month after being broke post-Love Island and having to get a day job.
Despite these claims, we couldn’t find any eCommerce stores owned by Teddy.
Teddy often showcases his $110k dream Mercedes with the ECOM number plate, supposedly purchased in cash. However, upon closer inspection, it turns out the car is on a 6-year finance loan, challenging the notion of a cash purchase.
Pros and Cons of Six Figure Brand Accelerator
- Eli Dangerfield provides solid instruction on eCommerce fundamentals.
- The course is relatively expensive for the mediocre quality it offers.
- Lack of a refund policy is a significant concern; there’s no money-back guarantee.

Is Eli Dangerfield a Scam?
Eli Dangerfield isn’t pulling a scam, but let’s just say he’s been quite creative in how he promotes his watch business, Elmore Lewis Watches.
According to public records, Elmore Lewis was officially registered in June 2020, but it’s been in action since 2016-2017.
Now, Eli claims his watches got a nod from Forbes and The Huffington Post in 2019, but my investigative skills couldn’t confirm a single article supporting this.
Here’s the kicker: Elmore Lewis seems to be selling watches that look eerily similar to those of Daniel Wellington.
And get this, they’ve used images of influencers, like Debi Flue, without a nod, and even went so far as to Photoshop their watches into these influencers’ photos. Not the classiest move, right?
Oh, and about Eli’s rags-to-riches story, it’s a bit murky. In one of his ‘ask me anything’ videos on Instagram, he mentioned going to Concordia school in Adelaide. Now, here’s the scoop – that’s a private fee-paying school.
I did a bit of digging, and Concordia charges a hefty AUD $12,454 for year 7 and up to a whopping AUD $24,750 for year 12. Quite the contrast to the “growing up in poverty” tale he’s spinning in his Blueprint course. Just saying.

Is eCommerce Still a Viable Option?
I’ve been down the eCommerce road before, and I can tell you, it’s getting tougher. Making a full-time income from eCommerce now demands serious dedication and effort.
Here are a few points why I won’t recommend eCommerce:
1. Facebook Ads are Pricey and Difficult
Running an eCommerce store requires advertising, and Facebook ads are the go-to. However, the costs are soaring, devouring your profits.
Breaking even might take weeks or even months before seeing any actual profit. Considering most dropshippers, Facebook ad costs can easily eat up at least 30% of your total sales.
And as ads lose effectiveness over time, your revenue may plummet, possibly resulting in a net loss.
Learning Facebook ads is no walk in the park, with the constant algorithm changes requiring significant time and money.
2. Customer Support
Ecommerce means spending a substantial amount of time liaising with suppliers and handling customer service. Dealing with product issues involves waiting on suppliers, and if they’re uncooperative, you bear the losses.
This often leads to poor customer reviews and a lack of returning customers. In extreme cases, you might face credit card chargebacks, risking the shutdown of your payment gateway.
3. A Lot of Work on Product Research
Maintaining a profitable store demands constant product research to find items with viral potential to cover ad costs. Most products hit their peak in a short time due to increased competition.
This requires a continuous search for new products to keep the cash flowing. Many online revenue posts don’t reveal the net income, and while some may make money, it’s often not sustainable.
The eCommerce business model isn’t as passive as it may seem. Success often requires full-time commitment, involving ongoing efforts to find new products, create new stores, test new ads, and seek new suppliers for stable income.
Is There A Better Way to Make Money Online?
If you want to make a full-time passive income, I’d suggest you to start an affiliate marketing business online.
