I wouldn’t label 7 Day Digital Landlord as a scam. It does offer legitimate training on building an e-commerce site using provided templates.

However, there are some concerns to consider. The income claims they make seem exaggerated, and they may not fully convey the challenges of attracting clients to rent your e-commerce site. Acquiring clients often involves significant expenses on social media advertising.

As mentioned earlier, many e-commerce owners can easily create their Shopify websites, rendering your services less appealing. What they typically need are leads—potential customers—something akin to what Facebook and Google provide.

Moreover, their sales tactics, such as claiming their program is sold out and requiring you to contact customer support for details, may come across as misleading. In reality, it’s a digital product and cannot be “sold out.” This approach is likely designed to pitch upsells when you inquire.

For these reasons, I do not recommend the program.

If you want to make a full-time passive income, I’d suggest you to start an affiliate marketing business online.
