Iman Gadzhi Review – Is Six Figure SMMA a Scam? Exposed!

Is Iman Gadzhi a scam? Should you buy his course?

Every day, you see many new gurus on social media selling different courses. But most of them are scams.

So if you want to invest in the Iman Gadzhi Six Figure SMMA course, it’s a good practice to look for some reviews first.

To be transparent, I’m NOT an affiliate of Iman Gadzhi, so you can be sure that my opinions here are unbiased and honest.

In this review of Iman Gadzhi, I will cover the following to help you make a more informed decision:

Who is Iman Gadzhi?

Iman Gadzhi is a young Russian entrepreneur living in London. He has great success with his marketing agency IAG Media

Iman is a high school dropout who earned over $300,000 in his first year as an entrepreneur.

Iman Gadzhi was born in the slums of Russia. His father was a controlling alcoholic who divorced him before Iman was born. Since his mother worked three jobs, Iman was raised by his grandmother.

When Iman was three years old, his mother married a wealthy Londoner. They moved to be with him. Iman attends a private school and quickly rises up in the world.

His stepfather, on the other hand, gradually begins to malign his mother. Iman mentioned an escort service, but she did not go into detail. They are no longer married.

Iman started buying, raising and selling Instagram accounts at the age of 13 or 14. Unfortunately, his little side job ended when he started hanging out with the wrong crowd, partying, and taking drugs at the age of 16.

Finally, he realizes that he needs to pull himself together and take care of his mother. Iman starts reading a book once a week, meditating, and exercising regularly. He notices his soccer team’s lack of online presence and suggests she manage their social media for $400 a month. They both agree. Iman had his SMMA up and running in no time.

Soon he had another client, this time a large gym willing to pay $2,500 per month. Iman dropped out of high school at this point to focus entirely on his agency.

Within a few months, he was making $15,000 a month. He sent them an Instagram direct message, had them watch a short video showing three ways they left money on the table; if they wanted to know more, he met with them in person; closed them; rinse and repeat.

Today, he is the founder of a digital marketing agency in London.

Like most gurus, he hopes to share his marketing secrets with everyone.

He has a sizable social media following, with 146k YouTube subscribers and over 6.9 million views.

What is Six Figure SMMA by Iman Gadzhi?

Iman Gadzhi’s Six Figure SMMA is also called Agency Incubator. It claims to help people to create a successful social media marketing agency (SMMA).

If you don’t know what SMMA is, it is a kind of marketing agency that helps businesses to generate leads on social media by running social media marketing campaigns such as Facebook ads, Instagram ads etc.

Six Figure SMMA is over 20 hours, which is hosted on Teachable. There are 9 sections with a few bonus lessons and live coaching call replays. It’s like a blueprint of how to find clients, sell your service, and get paid for your results.

If you enroll in the course, you will get access to training, sales scripts, and marketing funnels, a private Facebook group, and bi-weekly live Q&A coaching calls.

An Overview of Six Figure SMMA Course

Six Figure SMMA contains training videos that last at least 20 hours and include at least 12 modules.

Let’s take a closer look at each module below:

1) Introduction

This document serves as an introduction to Iman, the company’s background, the SMMA business model and dynamics, and as a guide to joining the 1,222-member Facebook Mastermind group.

2) Positioning

In this section on the mind, you’ll find advice on how to dominate a particular market, present yourself as an authority among business owners, and gain followers by living the life of your dreams.

As I mentioned earlier, I’ve looked at other courses that place a similar emphasis on the mental side of things.

In my opinion, this only serves to make it appear that there’s more to the course than there actually is. However, I assume that this is only a small part of Gadzhi’s SMMA course, so let’s leave it at that.

3) Your Services

Here’s a guide on how to decide what services to purchase and how much to charge for sponsored posts and other forms of paid advertising. A case study of Iman’s successful pitch for a consulting job that paid $3,000 per day is also included.

However, I’d caution you not to get carried away with all of this. Most of these gurus will wave their own successes in front of your nose and tell you how successful you’ll be if you follow their program, but they hide the fine print that says you won’t get rich by following their advice.

4) Your Team

In this course, you’ll find guidance on how to build a team using Upwork, social media, and your fellow students. When you start an online business, it’s not uncommon to need to get some employees on board; in this case, virtual assistants.

5) Systems and Processes

Legal formalities, monetary transactions, and customer engagement are discussed. Some of the videos here are a bit longer than others because they focus more on content management issues, output, and timing.

6) Before Selling

The section preceding the sales pitch discusses techniques for attracting the ideal clientele in sufficient numbers. This is critical because the wrong approach can scare off a potential customer.

7) Sales

With topics such as cold calling, cold calling by email, dealing with gatekeepers, meeting scripts, prospecting via Upwork, creative follow-up, faking audits, using meetings, and using Linkedin to get clients, this sales portion of the course includes more than 5 hours of content.

8) Delivering Results

You’ll learn how to host giveaways for clients based on Iman’s biggest mistake. You’ll also discuss how to meet the needs of a wide range of corporate clients.

9) Scaling Your Agency

It won’t take you long to work through the five lessons in the Scaling Your Agency section, which cover topics such as cultivating stronger client relationships, refining internal operations, managing stress, and growing your business.

In addition, you’ll have access to a full-time coach, which may seem excessive. Considering the financial outlay required to complete the course, your enthusiasm is bound to wane in the final weeks.

Pros of Six Figure SMMA

1. Good Presentation

The training materials, including video, quality, setting and editing, are excellent. This speaks volumes about the caliber of the course leadership and resources.

2. Sharing of Personal Experiences

Gadzhi freely incorporates personal and revealing anecdotes from his own life and professional career into the course material.

Six Figure SMMA Pricing and Refund

Six Figure SMMA costs $997. That’s pretty expensive. Because a lot of the information in this course can be found online for free. And the course content is not that comprehensive.

You can not expect to know everything about creating an SMMA after studying the course.

There is a 14-day money-back guarantee. But the refund policy is strict. Only students who have seen less than 20 percent of the content are eligible for a refund if they submit a written request via email.

It makes no difference whether you click the Complete or Continue button. Once you have taken 20% of the course modules, you will not receive a refund.

Is Iman Gadzhi a Scam or Legit?

There is no evidence to show that Iman Gadzhi is a scam. But I think it is overhyped in various aspects. It seems to me that the course is more about making Iman money and less about making you money.

Iman claims that you will get a dedicated full-time coach after buying the course. But you know that’s not possible. Given that Iman charges thousands of dollars for his 1-on-1 coaching, it doesn’t make sense to get dedicated full-time coaching by paying $997 for the course.

He also claims to help you 10X your sales, but you can be sure that it’s all hype to lure you into his course. Building a SMMA from scratch is very difficult because you don’t have any testimonials to show. It will take years to build up your reputation in the industry in order earn the trust from clients.

The business model of SMMA is not suitable for beginners because it is very complicated. You have to invest a lot of money in running ads in order to build your brand awareness and find prospects.

And that’s just the first step. You also have to contact them one by one and close the deal on the phone. After you close the deal, you also have to handle ongoing customer service. It’s very time-consuming and not a kind of passive income. You cannot enjoy financial freedom even if you successfully get a few clients.

Most importantly, Iman Gadzhi’s course is overpriced. You can get most of the information for free on YouTube or buy other much cheaper courses.

Therefore, I don’t recommend Iman Gadzhi’s course to beginners of online business.

Six Figure SMMA Review: Final Verdict

Six Figure SMMA is not a program I can recommend with a clear conscience. The course doesn’t provide you with any new strategies for starting a marketing agency. You can find most of the material in the second half of the course on Google, and some of it is even available for free through online business academies or case studies.

For such a high price, you’d expect to have access to exclusive material. You would be disappointed with the results. Pricing is open to interpretation, of course. The fact is that there are cheaper alternatives.

Some students also complained that customer service was disappointing after taking the course.

Overall, I think Iman Gadzhi is making most of his money from selling SMMA programs rather than his marketing agency.
