Who is J Rich?
Jeraun Richards, also known as J Rich, is a young and successful online entrepreneur who specializes in teaching others how to make money with dropshipping.
Despite not being born into a wealthy family, J Rich managed to build his fortune in just a few years by mastering the art of dropshipping. He started his journey in 2016 at the age of 18, and since then, he’s been sharing his expertise with thousands of followers.
J Rich is most active on YouTube, where he currently boasts around 209K subscribers. On his channel, you can find tons of valuable content about Shopify dropshipping, along with personal insights and tips on how to succeed in the industry.
You can also find J Rich on Instagram, where he has a solid following of 67.7K followers. As you can see, his presence on social media is quite impressive, and it’s clear that many people trust him as a reliable source of information.
But the real question is, should you trust J Rich and follow his advice to make money online? Well, the answer depends on your personal preferences and goals. While J Rich has undoubtedly achieved a lot in a short amount of time, it’s always important to do your own research and make informed decisions.
That being said, J Rich’s success story is definitely inspiring, and there’s no doubt that he has a lot of valuable knowledge to share.
What is Shopify Dropshipping Course by J Rich?
Here’s what you need to know before investing your time and money into J Rich’s Shopify Dropshipping Course.
Focus on high-ticket products
J Rich suggests that the best way to make money through dropshipping is by focusing on high-ticket products. These products are usually priced at $200 or more and offer a higher profit margin. By selling fewer products, you can earn more money.
However, there are some risks involved in selling expensive items. Shipping problems can occur, and customers who buy high-ticket items are often more demanding, resulting in higher refund and chargeback rates.
What you can expect from the course
The course consists of 60 video tutorials, which add up to around 10 hours of content. By enrolling in the course, you get lifetime access to the training videos, three custom-built Shopify dropshipping stores (one for low-ticket items and two for high-ticket products), and access to a private Facebook group.
The course covers the basics of dropshipping, including mindset, setting up Shopify stores, finding products on AliExpress, and using Oberlo. J Rich also covers product creation, such as writing descriptions, adding photos and videos, and setting up shipping.
When it comes to marketing strategy, J Rich only covers Facebook ads, from installing Facebook Pixel to creating ad campaigns. If you’re new to Facebook ads, it might be helpful. However, if you already have some knowledge, J Rich’s tutorials on Facebook ads might not be very useful to you.

Is it worth it?
J Rich’s Shopify Dropshipping Course provides valuable information for beginners, but if you’re already familiar with the dropshipping basics, it might not be worth the investment. Additionally, there are risks to consider when focusing on high-ticket items. It’s important to do your research and carefully evaluate the course before making a decision.

How Much Does J Rich Dropshipping Course Cost?
If you’re considering taking J Rich’s Shopify Dropshipping Course, you should know that it comes with a pretty hefty price tag of $497. While the course promises to deliver 10 hours of content, it’s important to note that there is no refund policy. Once you pay for the course, you’re stuck with it.
J Rich claims that this is because he wants to protect his intellectual property, but this lack of a money-back guarantee is certainly a drawback for many potential students. After all, most other courses out there offer at least a 14-day money-back guarantee, which shows that the creators are confident in their material.
Personally, I think it’s a good idea to steer clear of courses that don’t offer a refund policy. While J Rich may be a great teacher and his course might be helpful, it’s just not worth the risk if you’re not completely sure that it’s the right fit for you. So before you hand over your hard-earned cash, be sure to weigh the pros and cons and decide whether this course is really worth the investment.
Praises For Shopify Dropshipping Course by J Rich
Easy to Follow Course Content
One of the main advantages of J Rich’s Shopify dropshipping course is that the content is easy to follow. The videos are well-produced, and the instructors explain everything in a way that even beginners can understand. This means you can start building your online store and making sales faster.
Criticisms For Shopify Dropshipping Course by J Rich
Basic Content with No Verified Success Stories
Unfortunately, the course content is very basic, and experienced dropshippers may not find it valuable. Most of the information covered can be found for free on YouTube or other online resources. Additionally, there are no verified student success stories, which can be discouraging for those who are looking for proof that the course works.
Expensive and No Refunds
Another downside to the J Rich Shopify dropshipping course is that it’s a bit expensive, especially given that there is only 10 hours of content. Also, there is no refund policy after payment, so if you’re not satisfied with the course, you won’t be able to get your money back.
Is J Rich a Scam?
Well, I can’t say that J Rich is a scam since there is no concrete evidence to support such a claim. However, I personally don’t recommend his course.
The course might be useful for beginners who have no prior knowledge of Shopify Dropshipping. But, if you’re already familiar with the basics, you won’t learn anything new from J Rich’s course. Besides, I doubt that you can make any significant profit by enrolling in his course.
J Rich only teaches you the basics of starting a Shopify store, which is not enough in the current market. Nowadays, the competition in the dropshipping industry has become more intense. You need to have special strategies to stand out and succeed.
Moreover, dropshipping is not as easy as it sounds. Over the years, the cost of advertising has increased, and many people are now doing dropshipping. This means you will face a lot of competition, which makes it even harder to succeed.
In addition, J Rich tends to focus only on the bright side of dropshipping to sell his course. He doesn’t tell you about the problems and challenges you might face while dropshipping. This lack of transparency can be misleading for aspiring dropshippers.
In conclusion, while I cannot claim that J Rich is a scam, I don’t recommend his Shopify Dropshipping Course. It’s not worth the investment, especially if you already have some knowledge of dropshipping.
Is Dropshipping Still a Viable Option in 2023?
Dropshipping has been a popular business model for online entrepreneurs, but is it still a viable option today? As an experienced dropshipper, I can tell you that it has become increasingly difficult to make a profit with dropshipping. Here, we will discuss why I would not recommend dropshipping and the challenges that come with this business model.
One of the biggest risks of dropshipping is the financial risk. In order to sell anything, you need to advertise your store. However, advertising costs, especially Facebook ads, can quickly eat away at your profits. It might take weeks or even months to just break even, let alone make a profit. You have to take a huge financial risk to start a dropshipping business.
Facebook Ads are Pricey and Difficult
Advertising on Facebook is a popular way to market your dropshipping store, but it is not cheap. In fact, the total Facebook ad cost will account for at least 30% of your total sales. Facebook ads also have a short lifespan, and once your ad has exhausted its audience, it becomes ineffective. This can result in a lower revenue and even a net loss.
Moreover, Facebook changes its algorithm all the time, making it hard to keep up with the latest trends. If you run Facebook ads without any experience, your ad account can be banned for violating their strict policies.
In dropshipping, you have to spend a lot of time communicating with suppliers and dealing with customer service. If your customer has any issues with the product, you have to wait for your supplier to help you. If your supplier is not helpful, you have to bear the loss yourself. This can lead to poor customer reviews and no returning customers.
Additionally, credit card chargebacks can be a major issue, risking the shutdown of your payment gateway.
A Lot of Work on Product Research
Finding a product that has the momentum to go viral is key to making money with dropshipping. However, this is easier said than done. Most products reach their peak in 1-2 months or even weeks, and competitors can steal your product or create a better ad. Therefore, you need to keep finding new replacements to keep generating cash flow. This requires a lot of work on product research, creating new stores, testing new ads, and looking for new suppliers.
In conclusion, dropshipping is not as passive as you might think. It requires a lot of work and a full-time commitment to succeed. While there are success stories in dropshipping, it is not a viable option for everyone. It is important to consider the financial risks, advertising costs, customer support, and product research before starting a dropshipping business.
