Danielle Holmes – Black Digital Blueprint Review, Scam or Legit?

Are you looking for a review of Danielle Holmes’s Black Digital Blueprint? Should you learn eCommerce from Danielle Holmes?

I have a passion to help people explore money-making opportunities online. Over the years, I have reviewed many programs like Black Digital Blueprint.

In the past week, I have done thorough research about Black Digital Blueprint so I can tell you more about it.

As a disclaimer, I’m not affiliated with Danielle Holmes. It means I’m not paid to write this review. So you can be sure that my words are unbiased.

At the end of this review, I’ll also tell you a better alternative that has enabled me to make a full-time passive income online.

In this Black Digital Blueprint review, I’m going to cover the following.

Who Is Danielle Holmes?

You cannot find a lot of information about Danielle Holmes. You can only learn about her background from her self-introduction.

danielle holmes – black digital blueprint review, scam or legit?

Danielle Holmes claims to have made a 7-figure income from eCommerce and owns 3 online stores.

Since many eCommerce gurus tend to lie about their sales revenue in order to sell courses, I don’t trust it before verified evidence is presented.

Danielle Holmes’s target customer is the black community, so she positions herself as only helping black people, although the course is open to anyone. But the weird thing she does is that she sets a very high price for her course, which most people cannot afford.

I feel that Danielle Holmes doesn’t aim to help people to build wealth, but herself. That’s why she charges people so much for her course.

She is quite active on Instagram. At the time of writing, he has around 34k subscribers.

Anyway, let’s take a look at her Black Digital Blueprint content first.

Recommendation: Here’s The Best Alternative

Black Digital Blueprint Overview

This course has 6 modules and has a major focus on Facebook ads. Danielle Holmes will teach you how to run Facebook ads to promote your online store.

Here’s a look at each module and what you get:

Module 1

Making your customer profile is module 1’s focus. This is where you discover what your potential customer wants, their lifestyle, spending habits etc. This is very basic stuff and you can learn online for free.

Module 2

The buyer psychology is covered in module two. You need to understand the mind-set and emotions of your prospects and customers before they buy something. Once you can understand these, you can leverage those to make sales.

Again, the content can be learnt online for free. It’s nothing special here.

Module 3

In module 3, Danielle Holmes will talk about how to create great ad copy to run ads. You will see some of Danielle’s ad copy, as well as some of the ad copy of big businesses.

Module 4

This module will introduce you to the Facebook Business Manager dashboard and show you a Facebook ad completed from start to finish.

If you don’t know anything about Facebook ads, this module will give you an overview. But again, you can find this information online for free.

Module 5

Module 5 will teach you how to analyze data you get from Facebook ads. You will go through the creation of retargeting ads and lookalike audiences. But Danielle Holmes doesn’t share with you her secret strategies.

Module 6

The final module discusses the particulars of running an eCommerce store. This includes the advantages of outsourcing some work, and the advantages of automating certain parts of your business, leading to enhanced sales.

Black Digital Blueprint Bonuses

Apart from the core training, you will also get access to the private Facebook group. You can ask questions in the group and interact with other students. Also, you get live Q&A sessions with Danielle twice a month.

Actually, I don’t feel this kind of Facebook group or live Q&A sessions is helpful. They are not organised at all. And you may receive some misleading information and hence lead to losses.

Black Digital Blueprint Pricing

Black Digital Blueprint is the most expensive eCommerce course I have seen. It costs $5,000, which is very expensive.

Is this course really worth this price? I don’t think so. This course doesn’t offer very comprehensive training and you can only learn the very basic stuff of eCommerce. Actually, the training is so short that I don’t think you can make any money after enrolling in Black Digital Blueprint.

Therefore, I don’t recommend anyone to join this very much overpriced course.

Also, there is no refund policy, which means once you make the payment, you cannot get the money back. All the legit courses I have reviewed have at least a 30-day money-back guarantee, but Black Digital Blueprint doesn’t have one.

Black Digital Blueprint Pros And Cons

  • I cannot find any pros for Black Digital Blueprint, except that you will learn the basics of running Facebook ads for your eCommerce store, but you can learn this kind of stuff at a much lower price.

  • The course is very much overpriced. There are many other better and cheaper alternatives on the market.
  • The training is very short and no special strategies can be learnt.
  • There is no refund policy. Given the high price tag, it’s not acceptable to have no refunds at all.
  • There are no verified success stories
  • Most of the information in the course can be found online for free
  • eCommerce is not the easiest business model for newbies

Is Danielle Holmes a scam?

I cannot say Danielle Holmes is a scam. There is no sufficient evidence to say so. However, one thing is certain, her Black Digital Blueprint is overpriced and not worth it.

There are many other better eCommerce courses that are cheaper. You don’t have to pay $5,000 to learn eCommerce.

Moreover, the training in Black Digital Blueprint is just mediocre, meaning there are no special or unique strategies covered. Many important topics like Facebook ads are not detailed enough and hence you will feel very confused.

Therefore, I don’t recommend Danielle Holmes’s Black Digital Blueprint if you want to make money online.

Moreover, Danielle Holmes doesn’t tell you the difficulties of eCommerce because she is trying to sell you her course.

If you are new to online business, you have to understand why eCommerce is more difficult than you thought.

Is eCommerce Still a Viable Option in 2021?

I did eCommerce before, so what I can tell you is that eCommerce has become increasingly difficult. If you want to build a 6 figure eCommerce business, you need to shed some blood, sweat and tears to figure out how it works.

Here are a few points why I would not recommend eCommerce:

1. Financial Risk

Your eCommerce store won’t sell ANYTHING if you don’t ADVERTISE. But Facebook ads costs are skyrocketing and will eat away your PROFITS. You might need weeks or even months to just break even, before seeing any profit.

In another word, you have to take a huge FINANCIAL RISK in eCommerce.

2. Facebook ads are Pricey and Difficult

After observing most eCommerce stores’ results, at best, the total Facebook ad cost will account for at least 30% of your total sales.

But Facebook ads seldom stay effective for too long. Once your ad has exhausted the audience, it becomes ineffective. Your total revenue will be much lower and even result in net loss.

According to Forbes, Facebook saw an increase in Ad costs of 90% year-on-year.

Forbes Facebook Ads Cost

Worse still, the learning curve of Facebook ads is quite steep because Facebook changes its algorithm all the time. You have to invest a lot of time and money in learning and testing Facebook Ads.

If you run Facebook ads without any experience, your ad account will be banned for violating their strict policies.

3. Customer Support

In eCommerce, you have to spend a lot of time communicating with suppliers and dealing with customer service.

If your customer has any issues with the product, you have to wait for your supplier to help you. If your supplier is not helpful, you have to bear the loss yourself. Therefore, many eCommerce stores have poor customer review and have no returning customers.

In the worst case, you would expect a lot of credit card chargebacks, which risk getting your payment gateway shut down.

4. A lot of work on product research

For your store to keep making money, you always have to find a product that has the momentum to go viral in order that the ads costs can be covered.

In eCommerce, most products reach their peak in 1-2 months or even weeks. This is because many competitors will steal your product and create a better ad. Or increase their budgets on Facebook ads to outbid you.

Therefore, you need to keep finding new replacements to keep generating cash flow.

You might see people post revenues online but they don’t tell you the net revenue.

Some of them might be making money but it’s not sustainable.

The eCommerce business model is not as passive as you think. Most people who succeed in eCommerce are doing it full time because it requires you to keep finding new products, creating new stores, testing new ads and looking for new suppliers to make your income stable.

Is There an Easier & Better Alternative to Make Money Online?

If you don’t want to waste your time or risk your hard-earned money, you might wonder if there is a better business model that doesn’t need Facebook ads and can do it as a side-hustle.

Yes, I would suggest you get started with affiliate marketing. It is far easier and less time consuming as you don’t even need to handle customer service.

In affiliate marketing, you can run your business almost with zero cost. Most importantly, you don’t need to invest in creating and developing any products.

But How Much Can You Earn in Affiliate Marketing?

A 21-year old student from my #1 recommended training platform of affiliate marketing was able to earn $7,395 in just 1 week, which means he made more than $1k a day…all while using free traffic methods and affiliate marketing.

1 thought on “Danielle Holmes – Black Digital Blueprint Review, Scam or Legit?”

  1. I’ve been with Wealthy Affiliate for 2-3 weeks, and I started their training the day I joined. In this training, I was guided in developing my niche and establishing my first affiliate site. My first affiliate commission came in the first week I signed up with an affiliate programme. It was a total surprise. I wouldn’t have been able to reach this point without the training I am receiving from Wealthy Affiliate.
