Who is Maxim Trubitski?
Maxim Trubitski is a 19-year-old kid who’s making big bucks in the eCommerce game. But you’re probably thinking, “Is he really qualified to teach me how to make money? He’s just a kid!”
Well, let me tell you a little bit about Maxim. He claims to have made $100,000 from dropshipping and has 2.5 years of experience in the game. He was born and raised in New York City to Ukrainian parents.
You might have noticed that Maxim has a decent following on social media, with 67K followers on Facebook (although the page seems to be a bit sketchy, with a warning that it’s a deceptive website). And on YouTube, he’s got about 8K subscribers, which isn’t too shabby. I watched a few of his videos, but to be honest, I wasn’t super impressed.
Still, Maxim’s success in dropshipping has led him to create online courses and offer consulting services to help others make money. So, if you’re interested in learning from a young gun in the eCommerce world, Maxim might be worth checking out.

What is High Ticket University First 100k Formula?
Maxim Trubitski’s High Ticket University First 100k Formula course teaches you the ins and outs of setting up a Shopify store and promoting your eCommerce products with paid ads.
Maxim will walk you through the entire process, from choosing the right products to driving traffic to your store. And what sets this course apart from all the other dropshipping courses out there? It’s all about selling high-ticket products! Maxim believes that you can make way more money selling something for $300+ profit per sale instead of just $5 profit per item.
But here’s the catch – selling high-ticket products comes with some risk. Sometimes things go wrong during shipping and a product might get damaged or lost. And when that expensive product is in question, you’re the one who’ll bear the loss. Not to mention, customers are typically more demanding with expensive products, so the rate of refunds or chargebacks is higher.
High Ticket University First 100k Formula Course Modules
Here are the topics covered by High Ticket University First 100k Formula:
- Module 1 – Introduction
- Module 2 – Mindset for Success
- Module 3 – Proven Product Research Guide
- Module 4 – Website Development and Branding
- Module 5 – Influencer Academy
- Module 6 – Facebook Ads
- Module 7 – A Week of Backend Shopify
- Google Ads Bootcamp Course
- 4 Bonus Income Doubling Training
The first two modules are useless as you won’t learn any practical stuff.
As for Maxim Trubitski’s Facebook ads training, I think he didn’t cover this enough. Despite being the most important module, it fails to cover many important details about Facebook ads.

How much does it cost?
High Ticket University First 100k Formula is pretty pricey – it costs a whopping $997. I mean, seriously, who would want to pay that much when you can get most of the information for free online?
Honestly, the creator of the course, Maxim Yrubitski, didn’t even buy any courses himself before starting his dropshipping journey. Can you believe it? He learned everything about dropshipping from watching free online videos. And now, he’s trying to sell a course for $997? Crazy, right?
Are students getting results?
There have been some testimonials floating around about Maxim’s First 100k Formula program. It seems like his students are getting some results…or are they?
I took a closer look and found that all the video testimonies are posted on Maxim’s YouTube channel. The comments have even been turned off, which raises some red flags for me. Why deactivate the comments section? It just seems sketchy.
If you’re curious, you can check out the testimonials for yourself. I mean, they could be totally legit, but I always like to examine the details. It just seems strange to me that someone making $300k a month would be doing an interview on a selfie-stick while sitting on a lawn chair in a vest. If you’re successful, you want to show it off and make a good impression, right? But that’s just my two cents.
One more thing to note: all the videos were posted 3 months ago. It’s like Maxim just held onto them for a while and then released all six of them at once. Kind of suspicious, if you ask me.
So, what do you think? Are these testimonials the real deal or just a smokescreen?

Praise for High Ticket University
1. Decent training
High Ticket University offers some value for money, especially when rumors circulate that you can get the course for less than $10. This is a steal considering the amount of information you receive on how to start a successful dropshipping business.
2. Focus on High-Ticket Items
One of the standout features of High Ticket University is its focus on finding, promoting, and selling high-ticket items. This is a unique approach compared to other dropshipping courses that tend to have a broader focus. By honing in on this niche, you can set yourself apart and potentially earn more profits.
3. Pre-Built Branded Store
Another valuable aspect of High Ticket University is the pre-built branded store. This takes away a lot of the stress and time associated with setting up a dropshipping store from scratch. You receive a fully paid Prestige Shopify Theme, complete branding (including a logo and custom images), and set up apps/plugins. To top it off, the template is customized to fit your niche, making the entire process more seamless.
4. Access to Private Mentorship Group
The Private Mentorship Group is a crucial aspect of the High Ticket University course. With only 103 members, you receive more personalized feedback and support. Additionally, being able to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from their experiences can greatly benefit your business.
Criticism of High Ticket University
1. Negative Reputation
It seems like Max, the creator of High Ticket University, has managed to upset a fair number of people. There are a large number of angry customers who are trying to get answers from Max, but it seems that he is rather dismissive of these complaints. He either ignores the posts by removing or blocking them, or he responds by name-calling or insulting his clients. This type of behavior seems counter-intuitive for someone who is trying to build a brand.
2. No Refund Policy
The reviewer was unable to find any information about a refund policy for High Ticket University, which is always a red flag. Even if the course is only $10, the principle still stands that customers expect to receive some value from it, regardless of the cost.
3. Overhyped Self-Promotion
Max is constantly promoting himself and claims to have come up with all sorts of fantastic theories and philosophies. He promises to change your “world orientation” and shift you into a “new paradigm,” but despite these claims, there are still rumors of unhappy students. It seems that his teachings may not be for everyone.
4. Inactive Websites
Recently, Max’s websites have gone down, which is a cause for concern. This is a new issue that has arisen since the review was ready to be published.

Why I Quit Dropshipping?
I have dropshipped before as well, so I can tell you dropshipping is hardly profitable. I know dropshipping can be a tempting idea for those who want to start their own online business, but it’s not without its challenges.
Here are four reasons why you might reconsider jumping into the dropshipping world.
1. Financial Risk Involved
Starting a dropshipping business means you’ll have to advertise to get people to see your products. However, the cost of marketing through platforms like Facebook ads can quickly eat into your profits. You might have to wait weeks or even months just to break even, let alone show a profit. So, there’s a considerable financial risk involved in starting a dropshipping store.
2. Facebook Ads Can Be Costly and Complicated
Many dropshippers find that at least 30% of their total sales go towards Facebook ads. But the effectiveness of these ads doesn’t last forever, and you’ll likely need to increase your marketing budget to keep conversions coming.
On top of that, Facebook is always changing its algorithm, making it a steep learning curve for those without experience. And if you make a mistake, your ad account could easily get banned. This can lead to a net loss, as many dropshippers can’t cover the cost of their Facebook ads.
3. Customer Support Takes A Lot of Time and Effort
While you don’t have to worry about inventory and logistics, you will still need to communicate with suppliers and handle customer service. If a customer has a problem with the product, you’ll have to rely on your supplier for assistance. If your supplier isn’t helpful, you’ll be on the hook for any losses.
This can lead to poor customer reviews and a lack of repeat business, making it difficult to build a sustainable brand. And in the worst case, you could face a high number of chargebacks, which could result in your payment gateway getting shut down.
4. Product Research is a Constant Effort
To keep making money in dropshipping, you’ll need to continuously find new products to sell. Most products have a shelf life of just a few weeks or months, as competitors jump on popular items. This means you’ll have to constantly research and test new products to keep generating profits. Most successful dropshippers do this full-time, as it requires a lot of dedication, consistency, hard work, and patience. In fact, managing Facebook ads alone can be a full-time job.
Is Maxim Trubitski a Scam?
I wouldn’t go as far as to say that Maxim Trubitski is a scam, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend his course either. Here’s why:
First off, Trubitski only has a couple of years of experience in dropshipping, which in my opinion, isn’t enough time to really master the game. So if you’re thinking of enrolling in his course, just keep in mind that you’ll be learning from someone who’s still pretty new to the scene.
Also, there’s no real proof that Trubitski is making a ton of money from dropshipping. If he was, why would he switch gears to focus on selling online courses so quickly? I have a feeling most of his income is coming from selling the courses rather than from actual dropshipping.
So, if you’re serious about making money online, I wouldn’t recommend joining Trubitski’s course. Dropshipping can be a lot more challenging than people realize.
I’ve got a better recommendation for you though – one that’s helped me earn a solid 4-5 figure passive income each month. It’s a lot easier and more sustainable than dropshipping. Read on to learn more.
Is there a better way to make money online?
If you are new to online business, you may ask if there is a better business model that doesn’t need Facebook ads and can do it as a side hustle.
Yes, I would suggest you get started with affiliate marketing. It is far easier and less time-consuming as you don’t even need to handle customer service.
In affiliate marketing, you can run your business almost with zero cost. Most importantly, you don’t need to invest in creating and developing any products.
But How Much Can You Earn in Affiliate Marketing?
