Vick Strizheus Review: High Traffic Academy Legit?

Vick Strizheus, an expert in online marketing, has created the High Traffic Academy. This platform teaches people how to bring more visitors to their websites, using methods like creating good content and using paid ads.

He also guides students on making money online by promoting products from Clickbank and CPA as affiliates. The key is to create landing pages and then use strategies to bring traffic to those pages.

The training covers techniques to increase the chances of turning visitors into customers. While email marketing is not a new concept, students appreciate the thorough training and the detailed view of Vick’s campaigns in action.

As someone experienced in affiliate marketing, I’ve researched High Traffic Academy extensively and will share my findings in this review.

Towards the end, I’ll suggest a better alternative that has helped me generate a full-time passive income online.

In this High Traffic Academy review, I’m going to cover the following.

How Does High Traffic Academy Help You Make Money?

High Traffic Academy is designed to teach you how to boost your website traffic and covert the visitors into leads and sales. It places a a strong emphasis on paid ads, asserting that they have better conversion rates than free methods (though it depends on the situation).

The program claims to unveil “previously-unknown” and effective traffic methods from undisclosed sources. However, it turns out that it only covers traffic methods that are already known.

Who is Vick Strizheus?

Vick Strizheus is an expert in online marketing originally from Ukraine. He moved to the United States with his middle-class family at the age of 12. After college, he realized the traditional path of a 9-5 job and annual vacations wasn’t for him. Instead, he aimed to make it big in internet marketing.

Today, he’s a successful affiliate marketer and the founder of Four Percent, with an estimated net worth of $10 million, considering the numerous students associated with the Four Percent.

However, Vick Strizheus has a checkered past. He spent time in prison for a $30,000 insurance scam, where he was accused of submitting fake policies to earn more commissions.

There were also allegations regarding his product, Big Idea Mastermind, where he was found guilty of changing people’s affiliate links to boost his own earnings. He has acknowledged his mistakes, claiming to have learned from them, but the incidents have left a stain on his reputation.

That said, he has managed to build a YouTube channel with over 22k subscribers.

What’s Inside High Traffic Academy?

High Traffic Academy offers a program with four main parts: training modules, coaching programs, and additional bonuses.

The training modules are designed to teach you various web traffic strategies. While these modules are sufficient for many people, there are additional parts of the program, such as live training and other courses, which you may be encouraged to purchase through upsells.

Here’s an overview of each program:

Core Training ($1,997 per year)

Core Training is the main part of the program, and it’s all about teaching you how to drive web traffic. The training covers topics like creating effective sales funnel websites, generating leads, and converting those leads into sales. It focuses more on paid traffic methods but also includes some information on free and organic traffic, although not as in-depth.

The Core Training consists of four modules:

  1. Capture Mastery: This module teaches you how to build a compelling sales funnel website to encourage viewers to willingly share their email addresses. This helps in building a list for email marketing and reaching more potential customers.

  2. Traffic Mastery: Here, you’ll learn various methods to generate traffic for your business. The lessons cover strategies such as media buys, using Other People’s Lists (OPL), traffic agencies, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Facebook, video traffic, penny traffic, and mobile traffic.

  3. Conversion Mastery: This module focuses on strategies to convert the acquired traffic into leads and sales. Topics include building authority, selling without a hard sell, and other effective conversion techniques.

  4. Advanced: This section provides advanced lessons that don’t fit into the previous modules. It covers advanced traffic strategies such as YouTube video ads, dominating in SEO, advanced CPA traffic, Clickbank traffic, and CPA marketing.

High Traffic Academy Elite ($297 per month)

High Traffic Academy Elite is like the VIP section of the training program. It’s similar to exclusive online courses you might have come across.

Every month, you receive the latest training on the newest strategies, traffic tactics, marketing ideas, and more. This information is delivered through live webinars, and if you miss any, you can catch up with replays.

As part of this elite group, you also get a chance to ask Vick questions about anything related to traffic during Q&A sessions. Vick personally answers these questions through video.

The Elite package includes “The Vault,” a collection of previously recorded webinars and live training. You can watch these anytime, especially if you want to revisit a particular important lesson.

Being an Elite member also comes with a bonus: a free subscription to Clickfunnels, a tool you’d usually have to pay for. This subscription allows you to create your own capture pages and sales funnels.

Master Marketer

The Master Marketer program offers exclusive access to various training programs by Vick Strizheus, focusing on online marketing. The goal is to help you become an expert in your specific field. The program includes specialty courses, priority seats at events hosted by Vick, monthly business reviews, personal one-on-one coaching from the owners, and more.

There are three levels to choose from:

  1. Basic – $2,995
  2. Pro – $5,995
  3. Platinum – $15,995

While the specific privileges of each level aren’t explicitly detailed, it’s reasonable to assume that higher levels grant access to more courses and events.

Specialty Programs & Courses

Apart from the High Traffic Academy, you have the opportunity to explore additional courses by Vick Strizheus, known as Specialty Programs & Courses. These cover various topics like PPC mastery, Content Marketing 101, Affiliate Marketing 101, and more.

You have two options: buy access to each course individually, with prices ranging from $197 to $497, or opt for the Platinum membership in the Master Marketer program, which gives you access to all programs at once.

The High Traffic Academy Affiliate Program

In addition to the online courses, High Traffic Academy provides an opportunity for you to become an affiliate through its affiliate program, although it’s not explicitly highlighted.

Similar to Vick’s other training programs, the affiliate program lets you choose to promote the entire High Traffic Academy program or its individual courses, especially those associated with the Master Marketer.

When you successfully make a sale, you earn a commission based on a percentage. The affiliate program is believed to have a compensation plan that heavily emphasizes recruiting new members. If your recruits (downlines) are successful in bringing in more people, you also receive a small commission from their sales.

It’s worth noting that this structure resembles a form of multilevel marketing (MLM), but it’s referred to as an affiliate program to avoid negative associations commonly linked with MLMs. If you have reservations about MLMs, it’s advised to think twice before joining this affiliate program.

Who is High Traffic Academy for?

High Traffic Academy is marketed as suitable for marketers at all levels, from beginners to experienced professionals. Vick Strizheus suggests that online marketers can enhance their skills through his services. However, it’s important to consider the experiences of actual students.

In reality, this product seems more aligned with people who have a significant budget to spare and have already spent more than two years working in the online marketing field.

The demonstrations primarily focus on Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, which involve spending money to generate traffic. This strategy may not be the most reliable or cost-effective for someone new to marketing

How Much Does High Traffic Academy Cost?

The High Traffic Academy has two main costs:

  1. Basic Membership: This requires a one-time fee of $450.

  2. Elite Membership: This costs $300 per month.

It’s important to note that on top of these fees, there’s an additional cost for traffic measures, especially if you’re using Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, which involves spending money from your own wallet.

In simpler terms, High Traffic Academy might not be the best choice for someone on a tight budget, considering both the initial and ongoing monthly costs, along with potential additional expenses for advertising.

Praise for High Traffic Academy

1. Well-Structured Training

High Traffic Academy’s videos are well-produced, ensuring a high standard of content presentation. The platform features a basic and easy-to-use interface, enhancing the overall user experience. There is a dedicated section addressing the crucial topic of increasing conversions through copywriting and psychological techniques.

Criticism of High Traffic Academy

1. Lack of Unique Strategies in Curriculum

The curriculum at High Traffic Academy seems like a one-size-fits-all approach. It falls short of introducing strategies that feel unique or tailor-made.

It’s frustrating when you realize similar lessons are freely available elsewhere online, making it hard to see the real value in what’s being offered here.

2. Questionable Track Record of the Founder

Vick Strizheus, the brain behind High Traffic Academy, has a history that raises eyebrows. His past involving insurance fraud back in 2007 and links with what’s considered a pyramid scheme ring alarm bells.

While he claims to have changed, it’s tough to shake off those doubts about whether to trust someone with your finances, especially considering these past incidents.

3. Lack of Updates

High Traffic Academy feels outdated, like using old software in a fast-paced tech world. Since its launch in 2012, it seems they’ve forgotten to hit the refresh button.

In an ever-evolving digital space, relying on stale strategies feels like a personal setback. While some basics might still work, not keeping up with the latest trends risks leaving us behind in this race.

4. Absent Community Interaction

It’s disappointing that High Traffic Academy lacks that personal touch of a community space. No private groups, no forums—no chance to build connections with others on this journey.

It feels like missing out on those coffee chats where you could share ideas, ask questions, or team up for projects. It’s a personal loss, not having that space to network and grow together with peers.

Is Vick Strizheus a Scam?

It’s hard to say Vick Strizheus is a scammer outright. He’s known as an expert in internet and affiliate marketing, offering guidance in these areas.

However, before diving into the online world, Vick had a background in insurance. The authenticity of his character comes into question due to a past arrest and time spent in prison for insurance fraud. This incident raises doubts about his credibility.

After his release, Vick started a program called Big Ideas Mastermind. This program seems to push people towards joining the Empower Network, which has faced its fair share of criticism and is seen as a scam.

While I wouldn’t label Vick as a scammer today, I personally struggle to trust him. It’s not just because of his questionable past but also because of the poor quality of the courses he offers. This combination leaves a shadow of doubt that’s hard to ignore.

Do I Recommend High Traffic Academy?

I don’t recommend High Traffic Academy. The program is advertised as something exceptional, promising unique traffic methods, but in reality, it mainly focuses on teaching common practices like running pay-per-click campaigns. While this can bring quick results, the problem is that the gains often don’t cover the advertising costs.

What really makes me skeptical about this program is Vick Strizheus’s past. He faced accusations of insurance fraud, and some of his other programs, like Big Idea Mastermind, have been labeled as scams. He’s been involved in various projects, and unfortunately, many of them have not been trustworthy:

  • Global Success Club (now shut down)
  • Project Breakthrough
  • Empower Network
  • Big Idea Mastermind
  • Affiliate Marketing Academy
  • Internet Traffic Formula

Given this track record, it’s hard for me to trust High Traffic Academy. It seems to follow a similar pattern as the other programs, which were not the most reliable options online.

  1. Thanks also, I was watching his Youtube videos where he was going to show how to create an affliate business using his steps and make 1 million dollars in 12 months, but his videos (5 or 6) stopped after 2 months of uploads and his website askvick.com (Still in Construction) and Instagram page (doesn’t exist – link from Website). I now see he is making youtube ads to sell his program instead. Scammer
