I don’t like the idea of investing a large amount of money without doing any testing. You will have to pay thousands of dollars upfront before you get to know how it actually works.
I always don’t feel confident in done-for-you service because it doesn’t make sense to hire someone to start and build a whole business for you. If the business is really profitable, they should build one for themselves, instead of building one for you.
The fact that they offer to help you build your business implies the business is hard to become profitable. At the end of day, you lose money and they make money from you.

I joined the “Done For You” agency with Tyler about a month ago. It’s a lot of money to get started (I took out a loan for $15K that I now have to make payments on). Additionally, what they failed to mention is that you have to join something like 10 different services, all of which charge a monthly fee first before they start “doing it for you”. Then, you have to have a minimum of $50 per DAY to spend on Facebook ads. All of this was not mentioned during my sales call. When I asked for help in building a website on the DFY Facebook group, one guy offered $500 to build it while another offered $1,500 for the same thing. Whenever I asked for help on the group, everyone was jumping all over me to sell me help. Nothing was free on the group. It was a lot of information. I’ve never run an agency before so I had a lot harder time with it. It was very confusing to me. I have since asked Tyler for a refund. I may put in a dispute on my card if he’s not forthcoming. This was one of the biggest mistakes that I made.

Thank you for this comment. I was ready to get into this since Ive been listening to Tyler’s podcast here and there over the past year. You just saved me thousands of dollars.
Like any business, we all go through growing pains, especially during the past 2 years in the pandemic. I started off in the Elite Program with no experience, never owning an agency at the end of 2020. The communication was great from both the program manager and other staff when I first joined. I went through the educational course material and learned a ton. I personally had to watch a few sections a couple of times to grasp the concept and understand the material due to being new and how in-depth the material was. A couple of week’s after joining my custom funnel, ads, calendar, and CRM were all set up and integrated with each other. I was excited to be up and running so quickly after joining the Elite program. The next day after my ads went live my calendar started filling up with qualified warm appointments and the machine didn’t stop there. Day after day after day more and more appointments were being booked on my calendar. The Elite program put the processes and systems in place for me to be able to create repetitive and constant lead flow. During my downtime in between appointments, I was able to consult with coaches specializing in Deal Structuring, Mindset, Sales, and System/Processes. These coaches were available to me 5 days a week at multiple times during the day to accommodate time zone differences and the busy schedule of an up-and-coming new agency owner. I was able to refine my own SOP(standard operating procedures), gain new sales skills, and improve my outlook/mental health(from a performance standpoint) during my weekly consults. Over the course of the last 12 months, certain social media platforms such as FB, IG, and Google have updated policies, and operating systems and adjusted their algorithms that affected how agencies were able to market which threw everyone a curveball but the program managers in the Elite program were quick to act to ensure as seamless of a transition as possible to the updates for all the agency owners they support. I did struggle with sales at first but after a few coaching sessions and support from the exclusive community afforded to me by my membership in the Elite program, I was able to supercharge my performance, achieve ROI and grow my agency exponentially throughout the year. I would recommend the Elite program for existing agency owners and new agency owners. The resources, systems, and processes for success are in place with only one outstanding piece to the equation. That piece of the equation is you and your ability.
Where do I start. It’s a MASSIVE SCAM. They sell you the dream with a $10K package and say they will set you up an agency and provide you all the knowledge from their expert Agency Coaches. All of their Agency Coaches do not have any experience in running an agency. Not 1 of them has an agency or has achieved anything. They outsource everything and are leap frogging on contractors and other agencies to fulfil their clients; whilst trying to cut corners and save money whilst putting their customers in debt and anger mode.
I was brought in by Tyler Narducci – The SoBeViral.com to fix the mess and handle over 87 unhappy customers they had by fulfilling their clients work.
How stupid I was to agree to this. We set up the systems, Assigned Closers and our team and how we fulfil. We did this all under their brand so the customers thought this was being fulfilled by So Be Viral. The coaches then learnt how we did everything, then tried to cut us out and do it themselves. They went to our software provider, then attempted to poach our team members and cut us out completely. They are still advertising our Packages on their website despite us emailing them several times to stop and threatening legal action.
Since us not working with them we’ve heard they’ve failed miserably as we heard from their Customers and inside members everything is a mess. And now they’re running around again looking for another agency to solve their problems before they get more refunds and chargebacks.
I would recommend highly not to work with them. You are being ripped off and scammed.
Jane Hardy, the runner for Tyler, uses two identities Linda/Jane and is super rude and arrogant and has more chargebacks and refunds that she’s had to hide our identity. She’s also one of the coaches but doesn’t have any registered agency or has ever run an agency below.
