What is Spark By Clickbank?
Spark By Clickbank by ClickBank is a training course for affiliate marketing. Spark By Clickbank is sponsored by ClickBank and is the company’s first comprehensive affiliate training program.
The site has assembled a team of professionals to manage the many training options.
The new ClickBank-sponsored course has its limitations, however, as it offers little detail on how to use search engine optimization.
Spark does not go into enough detail about SEO as a traffic solution. So if you are a beginner and want to learn how to get sustainable traffic, this course is not for you.
So it should be clear that Spark is not as simple as they make it out to be.

What Is ClickBank?
You probably already know about Clickbank if you’ve been doing affiliate marketing for some time. Maybe you have experience of promoting the ClickBank products as well.
The Clickbank marketplace lets you shop for and promote almost any digital product.
Below are some of the categories of products on ClickBank:
- Arts and Entertainment
- Business/Investing
- Computer/Internet
- Cooking, Food and Wine
- E-Business and E-Marketing
- Education
- Employment and Jobs
- Health and fitness
- Home and Garden
- Self Help
- Software
- Sports
- Travel
While there’s plenty of products in many different niches to market, a lot of them are very low quality. Some are even scams, especially in the money-making category.

How Does Spark By Clickbank Work?
The term “affiliate marketing” refers to the practice of promoting another company’s goods or services in exchange for financial compensation for each referral that results in a sale.
If you’re looking for a general marketing course, Spark isn’t for you. Instead, it’ll primarily teach you how to market items on the ClickBank marketplace. For this reason, students often refer to it as ClickBank’s “information program”
Some of the most successful affiliate programs can be found at ClickBank. Here merchants can offer their goods. When an affiliate successfully promotes a product, they’re rewarded with a commission.
How is the Reputation of ClickBank?
It’s hard to say. Most people believe that ClickBank is a real website. After all, it is based on affiliate marketing, a proven method of earning an income online.
Unfortunately, many of the items sold through the ClickBank marketplace have a bad reputation among customers. They seem to go to great lengths to keep everything neat and tidy, but many of the top rated products are in niches like…
- Health & Fitness – Dietary Supplements
- Spirituality, New Age & Alternative Beliefs – Psychics
- Politics / Current Events – General
There may be some reputable offerings in these areas of the market, but a quick look probably leaves you with an uneasy feeling.
And then there was the question of Spark’s predecessor, ClickBank University. Having given it my full attention, I can safely say that it is the worst training programme I have ever investigated.
CBU was founded by two ClickBank power affiliates, but that kept me from signing up for Spark.
Even though Spark is a far better programme than ClickBank University, I would not say its overall reputation is great.

Pros of Spark By ClickBank
1. Created by ClickBank for ClickBank
If you want to learn ClickBank inside and out, then the training course offered by ClickBank is for you.
2. Incudes a Vendors Section
Not only do you learn how to make a product, but you also learn how to sell it online using affiliate marketers through Clickbank.
Cons and Complaints of Spark By ClickBank
1. A lack of originality and depth
I realize the point here is to help people who are just getting started with affiliate marketing, but… The $37 monthly fee is steep for a course that does not offer much more information than can be found in a better affiliate marketing book.
2. An Over-Reliance on Paid Advertisements
As far as I know, this is all standard fare in affiliate marketing courses. It’s the fastest way to “get results”, and if you’re just starting out, it’s also the fastest way to get rid of a few thousand dollars.
3. It is not as simple as they would have you believe.
I think the course oversimplifies things.
It is difficult and time-consuming to create your own digital product from scratch and promote it through affiliate networks.
Who is Spark By ClickBank For?
Spart By ClickBank is a course that is designed for anyone who wants to learn affiliate marketing. It focuses on using paid traffic to promote affiliate products. Also, if you want to list your product on ClickBank, this course may give you an overview of the process.
Spark By ClickBank Pricing
Spart By ClickBank is not cheap. It costs $38 per month. It’s not a one-off purchase. I’m not sure why it uses a subscription model because you will finish the course in a month and there are no special tools or community that justify the monthly payment.
Spark by ClickBank Discount
There’s no place for a promo code on the Spark checkout page, and despite an intensive search, I couldn’t find any information indicating that a discount is available – unfortunately, it’s either full price or nothing at all.

Does Spark by Clickbank Have Successful Students?
This is not likely at all.
Spark’s sales website lacks real, actual customer reviews. There are several screenshots available, but the timestamps on them are unclear.
And if you take a look at Trustpilot, you will notice that the few positive reviews there are mostly hollow phrases.
Some reviewers have criticized the price and simplicity of the course.
If Spark students have made meaningful improvements, they’d probably be happy to share their experiences. At the very least, I wish ClickBank would brag about its many satisfied customers more often than they do.
Positive and Negative Feedback From the Students of Spark By ClickBank
Positive Feedback
- You will learn the basics of affiliate marketing
- There is a 30-day money back guarantee
Negative Feedback
- The course is not comprehensive enough
- No verified success stories of students
- Most information can be found online for free
- It focuses on using paid traffic for promotion, but it is very risky for beginners.
Is Spark By ClickBank a Scam?
Spark By ClickBank is a legit training offered by ClickBank. However, it doesn’t mean I recommend it. The reason is that the training quality is bad.
If you want to learn affiliate marketing, the Spark By ClickBank is not comprehensive enough. The training is very basic in that it doesn’t cover a lot of important aspects of affiliate marketing.
A lot of stuff is only briefly covered in a short video. For example, there is only video that teaches you outsourcing. You will feel confused about it after watching the short video.
Also, while free traffic is important for affiliate marketing, Spark By ClickBank only covers a little bit on this. It focuses on teaching you how to run paid ads to drive traffic, which however is not suitable for beginners. You may end up burning a lot of money ads and make no profit.
Therefore, I don’t recommend anyone to join Spark By ClickBank course. Instead, I have a better recommendation for you, which I will talk about in the later section.

Spark By ClickBank is not too bad, because ClickBank could have done something really remarkable with it.
If you are interested in selling a digital product on the ClickBank marketplace, this is the course for you.
The training offered here is a bit too basic if you want to become an affiliate marketer and promote others’ products and services online. I have a better recommendation for you in the next section.
Is There a Better Alternative to Spark By ClickBank Course?
Affiliate marketing is a great business model for novices in online business. But it’s a stupid idea to spend a lot of money on running paid ads as taught by Spark By ClickBank.
If you use paid ads to drive traffic, you have to spend a lot of time managing the ads campaigns every day. Then how can you make it as a side hustle and enjoy financial freedom?
I would say Spark By ClickBank doesn’t teach you the right way to make money in affiliate marketing.
