Rewards Giant Review – Scam or Legit? Exposed!

Are you looking for a Rewards Giant review? But you may wonder if it is a scam.

If you have bills piling up or obligations you cannot get rid of, it’s understandable that you lose sleep over them. However, you might just be trying to boost your bank account with a little extra cash, and Rewards Giant seems like a good way to do that.

But is it really?

Rewards Giant states that there are $750 worth of Shein and Amazon gift cards to be won, among other things. I will go over the different types of bonuses and how much money they are worth.

I’ll describe what Rewards Giant is, how it works, and why it might (or might not) be right for you.

As a disclaimer, I’m not affiliated with Rewards Giant. It means I’m not paid to write this review. So you can rest assured that you will get an honest and unbiased review from me.

At the end of this review, I’ll also tell you the best alternative to Rewards Giant that has enabled me to make a full-time passive income online.

What is Rewards Giant?

New York is home to Rewards Giant, a cashback rewards program. The company’s operations are run by Reward Zone USA, which was founded in 2011 by Matthew Conlin. Matthew Conlin is not only a co-founder of Fluent Inc. but also its Chief Customer Officer.

As with Rakuten, the cashback juggernaut, Reward Giant and its offshoots Up Level Rewards, Flash Rewards and Survey Voices operate similarly under the surface. To some degree…

When you make a purchase on Rakuten, you can get a discount from various companies. When you use Reward Giant, you can earn money for things like surveys, games, and signing up for services.

Rewards Giant is a global rewards program with localized sites in the United States (rewardsgiant.com), Canada (rewardsgiantca.com), and Australia (rewardsgiant.com (rewardsgiantau.com)).

Is Rewards Giant a Scam or Legit?

Rewards Giant is not a scam.

Rewards Giant is far superior to cashback programs that typically only refund 1% to 15% of the total amount of your purchase.

You pay up to $1,000, which is 100% or more of what you spend, depending on how many offers you take. Of course, we want more.

It’s too good to be true, if you ask me. Interest-Free Financing.

I’ll go into more detail about how Rewards Giant works below, but one reason we can afford to pay such high percentages is that some people just don’t qualify.

A person may fail to complete the required number of trades because they misread the instructions, forgot to show proof of completion, or gave up before they were done.

This is where it gets tricky: some players will insist that they did everything correctly, while Rewards Giant will insist that they didn’t.

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough information to decide who’s right in this case. Since this is a grey area, assigning blame would be inappropriate.

While I can sympathise with the disappointment of some members, I cannot say that Rewards Giant is in the wrong. At any rate, I can’t say that with any certainty, nor is there any solid evidence to support it.

I am not evaluating the quality of their services, just confirming that it is not a scam.

Company History Reward Zone USA was founded in 2011 and is a legal organization based in New York State.

Even for an LLC based in the US, it is unusual for a shady company to exist for a decade or more.

Not like some other places you should not go. Those that have no legitimate business behind them and no clear owner.

These are often run by an unknown person in a place where law enforcement has no way of finding them. Websites like RewardsFeed are typical examples of those that fail within a year.

This is not the case here.

Moreover, Reward Giant’s parent company is based in the United States and has already been successful in court there.

In Alvord v. Fluent Inc, the Utah plaintiffs alleged that the defendants violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending them unsolicited commercial text messages from Reward Zone USA, LLC, a subsidiary of Fluent Inc.

Some people may not like their telemarketing methods (I do not like telemarketing either), but the fact that they managed to get this case dismissed in court speaks to their validity.

Reward Zone USA is a publicly traded company with a current market cap of $100 million and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluent, Inc.

Matthew Conlin was not only involved in the founding of Reward Zone, but was also an early employee of Fluent, Inc.

You can supplement your income by taking surveys on sites like surveyjunkie.com and inboxdollars.com, both of which offer cash rewards to participants.

This is not as lucrative as Rewards Giant, but it’s a great way to get your feet wet and work toward something more substantial, like running your own online business.

Maybe you are stuck at home for health reasons or need to take care of your family.

If you want to earn a living exclusively online, you need to have an idea of how to get started.

How Does Rewards Giant Work?

First, click the Quick Start button to sign up for Rewards Giant. After the opportunity to select a prize (which can then be changed), a short survey follows.

Questions in the survey include:

  • How do you behave if you do most of your shopping on the Internet?
  • What do you intend to do with your profits?
  • How many times a week do you go shopping?

You will then be asked to provide personal information such as name, address, cell phone number, date of birth and gender via email.

I recommend reading the privacy policy before proceeding. It is located at the bottom of the membership application.

Here you will find details about the possible sharing and sale of your personal information. It also lists the types of data that might be collected. For example, you may provide the following:

  • Marital status
  • Home or auto ownership
  • Political affiliation
  • Health and wellness-related issues

This data is collected from your survey responses. So if you are uncomfortable providing it at this time, you can always go ahead and decide not to participate in certain surveys at a later time.

Rewards Giant Requirements

  • Residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to enroll in the Reward Program.
  • Enrollment requires information such as your full name, a valid phone number, address, and email address.
  • Within sixty days of completing your first deal, you must complete the required number of transactions for each tier. These deals often require paid participation or subscriptionon.
  • To be eligible for your prize, you must complete the reward application once you have met the number and level of deals. To receive your prize, you must provide confirmation from ID.

What are Reward Giant Deals?

A certain number of sales must be completed before you can claim your prize. Apps, subscriptions, etc. that require payment to participate. As an example, you can try Apple Music risk-free for three months.

Other examples would be:

  • Join Hulu, Disney Plus, Apple TV, etc.
  • Click three sponsored ads on Yelp.
  • Play Coin Pop, Robo Killer, Board Kings, Shadow Legends, and other games (meeting specific levels, upgrades, etc.).
  • Get a prepaid credit card from Card.com.
  • Sign up to drive for Uber.
  • Start an Amora Coffee subscription.

In total, there are about 350 other possible transactions outside those listed here.

How Many Deals Do You Need to Do?

Depending on how many levels and transactions you complete, you unlock different rewards.

  • $5 Reward – Level 2 (2 Deals – one level 1 deal and one level 2 deal)
  • $100 Reward – Level 3 (5 Deals – one level 1 deal, one level 2 deal, and three level 3 deals)
  • $250 Reward – Level 4 (10 Deals – one level 1 deal, one level 2 deal, three level 3 deal, and five level 4 deals)
  • $500 Reward – Level 5 (15 Deals – one level 1 deal, one level 2 deal, three level 3 deals, five level 4 deals, and five level 5 deals)
  • $750 Reward – Level 5 (20 Deals – one level 1 deal, one level 2 deal, three level 3 deals, five level 4 deals, and five level 5 deals)
  • $1000 Reward – Level 5 (25 Deals – one level 1 deal, one level 2 deal, three level 3 deals, five level 4 deals, and fifteen level 5 deals)

The importance of the fine print is undeniable.

In addition to the total number of deals you make, the quality of those deals is also important. If you make the required number of deals, but the wrong levels, you may not receive a bonus.

How Do Cashback and Giveaway Sites Make Money?

Sites like Rewards Giant and others rely on customers to use their memberships in more creative ways than originally intended.

The best example of this is probably the subscriber who intends to use the service for only a short time before canceling, but then continues the membership for many months or even years.

Another example is investing a lot of time and money in a game you wouldn’t normally play in order to fulfill the terms of a transaction.

Each time you make a purchase, the rewards sites earn a small percentage. Affiliate marketing, often called cost-per-action (CPA), refers to the practice of compensating affiliates for bringing in new customers.

Most people sign up for free trials, one-month subscriptions, etc., with the intention of canceling them before they actually spend any money.

When customers fail to cancel, premium stores profit.

They also profit from members who do not meet the requirements for rewards. There could be several factors at play here.

Some people start with the required number of deals, but then forget or get tired of it and quit. Others may send in the wrong paperwork or fail to complete the required number of deals.

In such cases, there are complaints that reward sites wrongly exclude members and deny them payment. That may be the case at some sites.

Nevertheless, while I have seen complaints (via Reward Zone USA’s parent company), I cannot confirm that they engage in this behavior.

The same problems occur with sites that offer incentives for completing tasks, such as e-rewards, bizrate rewards, etc., even though they are easier to use.

Completing a series of smaller tasks for a larger reward is preferable if there is a problem getting paid after completing a single activity, as it requires less time, effort and money overall.

Sites that offer cashback and other prizes should generate more revenue from affiliate commissions, lead generation, etc. than they spend on their rewards programs.

Who is Rewards Giant For?

Anyone who wants to make money can join Rewards Giant… but especially for the type of person who is neat and has a good sense of the finer points of things.

Remember that a credit card is required for many transactions.

Last but not least, you must agree to upload a scan or photo of a valid government issued document online: ID.

Who is Rewards Giant Not For?

If you’re shy about revealing personal information online, Rewards Giant may not be for you.

A waiting period in the budget prevents you from participating more than once. So if you’ve recently won a reward or are looking for a steady stream of money online, this may not be the opportunity for you.

It’s already been mentioned that you can make money from online surveys while waiting to be eligible to participate again. On sites like Survey Junkie and Inbox Dollars, you can get paid for your thoughts.

If, on the other hand, you need a steady flow of money, it might be better to start an online business.

Perhaps you’re stuck at home for health reasons or have a family to take care of.

In this case, if you want to earn a living exclusively online, you need to have an idea how to get started.

How Does Rewards Giant Pay?

Gift cards with different denominations are accepted as payment. The amount depends on your current level and the number of transactions you’ve completed at the time of redemption.

Rewards Giant Reviews and Complaints

Some of the feedback and concerns about Rewards Giant aren’t very encouraging.

For example, reviews on Trustpilot for Rewards Giant Canada (rewardsgiantca.com) include things like:

  • Leave! Run!! Now!!
  • There’s no way you will get a $750 voucher
  • Takes you to bingo sites.
  • It says I won a $750 Amazon gift card. But it then tries to collect more personal and privacy-related questions.

The more positive and negative feedback I can get, the better.

However, I can’t deny that a pattern of complaints has triggered a Better Business Bureau warning. The number of complaints resolved is substantial. Once again, this time directly related to the Reward Zone.

Pros of Rewards Giant

  • Highly paid bonuses
  • There are numerous discounts and offers you can participate in, many of which might be of interest to you even if there are no bonuses.
  • If you follow the instructions, read the fine print and feel comfortable providing personal information online, this is an easy way to earn money.

Cons of Rewards Giant

  • A large number of complaints.
  • Disclosure of official identification and other personal information on the Internet.
  • Strict criteria and procedures must be followed to qualify. There doesn’t seem to be much wiggle room if you make a mistake or submit something wrong.

Is Rewards Giant Safe?

Rewards Giant buys and sells information about its users, including financial data, contact information, and even user reviews. Rewards Giant can be considered safe if this is for you OK.

Nevertheless, there are safer ways to earn money than by filling out surveys and making offers.

Rewards Giant Alternatives

Here are some alternatives to Rewards Giant that may be more suitable for you if you want to collect rewards:

  • Branded Surveys: Popular platform for taking online surveys and receiving money in the form of PayPal money or other gift cards for your time and effort
  • Survey Junkie: The minimum compensation on this site is $5, which makes it competitive with similar sites.
  • Swagbucks: Allows you to earn money by doing things like taking online surveys, playing games, watching videos, and making online purchases.
  • Prolific: A lucrative rewards platform where you can get paid for participating in surveys and studies.

Due to their reliability and regular payments, these sites are highly recommended through Rewards Giant. You will not get rich with them, but they are an easy way to earn some extra money.

Of course, there are a number of other ways to earn money online, such as freelancing or being a phone operator. However, these websites are convenient alternatives that can be considered reputable, unlike Rewards Giant.

Rewards Giant Review: Final Verdict

I can understand your desire to supplement your income. There’s hardly anyone who’d not welcome a financial boost.

I can’t recommend whether Rewards Giant is the way to go or not. The answer is in your hands. Personally, I’m uncomfortable with posting such personal information online (even when it comes to companies in regulated industries like financial institutions).

Don’t let that stop you from trying Rewards Giant. And I don’t want to dampen your enthusiasm for a potential source of financial security for you and your loved ones.

Please make sure you examine everything thoroughly; that’s all I can say. Pay close attention to what you’re told and, if possible, get into deals you were going to do anyway (even without Rewards Giant).

As mentioned earlier, there are other ways to make money online during non-eligible periods.

You may be a full-time student or a parent raising a child on your own. Perhaps you’ve health problems that prevent you from working, or you simply loathe your current position and want a change.

An internet-based business could be ideal if that’s the case for you. Let me tell you more in the next section.
