As a disclaimer, I’m not affiliated with Meet Kevin Course. It means I’m not paid to write this review. So you can rest assured that you will get an honest and unbiased review from me.
At the end of this review, I’ll also tell you the best alternative to the Meet Kevin Course that has enabled me to make a full-time passive income online.
Who Is “Meet Kevin”?
American YouTuber, financial analyst and real estate agent “Meet Kevin” is well-known in his field. Kevin Paffrath is his real name.
Over 1.7 million people have subscribed to his channel on YouTube, and the number is growing. His videos often cover a wide range of topics related to online business and investing. Things like the stock market, virtual currencies, and real estate.
Considering that most of his videos on YouTube cover the same topic as another YouTube entrepreneur named “Biaheza”, you could say that the two are comparable.
The only difference, in my opinion, is that Kevin himself seems more credible. The reason is that he impressively demonstrates his rich investment experience in his films.
Moreover, besides his YouTube career, he’s also a prominent political activist. On May 17, 2021, he declared that he’d run as a Democratic Party candidate in the upcoming new elections for the governorship of California 2021. However, Larry Elder eventually defeated him (who in turn was defeated by current Governor Gavin Newsom).
However, Kevin Paffrath has recently announced his intention to run for Governor of California in 2022.
In addition, Kevin is also very active in the real estate market. After receiving his real estate license in 2010, he got to work. Kevin and his wife Lauren soon founded The Paffrath Organization, a successful real estate firm in Southern California.
His entire online course is based on this idea. He hopes that with this course, he can help anyone interested learn the skills necessary to make a living in the real estate market.
Meet Kevin as a Real Estate Agent
Despite his tender age, real estate mogul Kevin Paffrath may be more influential than he seems. Many people have been motivated to revitalize their local real estate markets by Kevin’s popular YouTube videos and educational programs.
In the United States, Kevin Paffrath is one of the most intriguing examples of a successful investor thanks to his novel approach to attracting and retaining clients.
Kevin’s energy and focus on his clients have made him a standout in the industry. As the industry’s first “no pressure” real estate agent, he always goes the extra mile for his clients.
When he began his career, Kevin had lofty goals. He took a look at the uninspired local real estate market and saw its potential. He single-handedly revitalized the real estate industry, benefiting buyers, sellers and the agents who worked with them.
What is Meet Kevin Course?
Meet Kevin offers a wide range of online courses, each focusing on a different aspect of making money online. Courses are available in a variety of markets, including the stock market, YouTube monetization, and of course, real estate.
Because Kevin has extensive experience as a real estate broker, this website offers more information about real estate investing than any other.
Kevin also offers a program where he can advise you on the most lucrative course of action. Almost like a consulting service.
Many different topics are covered in the various training programs offered on Meet Kevin.
Courses on the following topics are currently available for purchase:
- Real estate investing
- Making money on Youtube
- Property management
- Real estate agent investing course
These are all real opportunities, but they all require significant investment to get started.
A minimum of $25,000 is usually required to get started in the real estate investment market, assuming a purchase price of $100,000.
Investing in stocks requires less capital, but is neither a viable way to make a living nor the easiest way to become wealthy.
Although day trading has become increasingly popular, I can assure you that very few people actually profit from it.
The Meet Kevin Show teaches a variety of ways to make money, but making money on YouTube is by far the easiest and cheapest.
A camera and microphone can be purchased for as little as a few hundred dollars.
What Does Meet Kevin Teach?
The courses offered by Meet Kevin are very comprehensive and cover a wide range of topics.
The following topics are covered in the courses that can be purchased:
- Real estate investing
- Making money on Youtube
- Property management
- Real estate agent investing course
Each of these offers is authentic, but it’ll cost you a lot of money to get started.
For example, if you want to invest in real estate and buy a house worth $100,000, you need at least $25,000.
Investing in stocks requires less initial capital, but it’s not something you can do full-time without expecting a six-figure income.
Even though day trading has gained popularity, I can assure you that few people actually profit from it.
Making money on YouTube is the least expensive and least time consuming method taught by Meet Kevin.

Coaching Call ($9750)
A one-hour call with Meet Kevin can be purchased for the expensive price of $9750.
That’s ridiculous, and I seriously doubt you can make $9,750 in just an hour.
There are also many packages available that allow you to combine different types of content.
The prices for these sets are between $1199 and $4229.
Almost any combination of courses is possible.
Meet Kevin Course Pricing
The courses at Meet Kevin are not cheap. Below is an overview of the prices:
- The Wealth Builder: Your Path To Getting Rich For Sure – $755
- Real Estate Investing: From $0 To Millionaire And Beyond – $1,091
- Build Wealth Making Youtube Videos – From a #1 Trending Creator – $749
- Stocks & The Psychology of Money – $908
- The DIY Property Management And Rental Renovation Course – $1,938
- Real Estate Sales: From $0 to $500k & Beyond by Becoming a No-Pressure Agent® – $821
There are many other better courses that are cheaper but of high quality.
The teaching quality of the Meet Kevin courses is not better than others, so it doesn’t justify a higher price. If you are just starting out, you shouldn’t invest a thousand dollars on something that hasn’t proven to work.
If you enroll in Meet Kevin Course and don’t like it later, there seems to be no refund.
Is Meet Kevin A Scam?
Meet Kevin is not a scam. You can learn a lot about property investment in his real estate investment course.
It sounds like a good idea to invest money in real estate. But the ROI (returns on investment) for property investing has decreased over the years.
Besides, property investing requires a lot of initial capital and it takes a long time to pay off the mortgage loan.
You might be forced to cut your budget on most leisure activities such as traveling to make ends meet.
It’s as risky as stock trading when a lot of your money is locked in the land which has extremely low liquidity. In case you need an emergency fund, you’ll be in big trouble.
Many people like doing property investments to generate passive income for retirement, but that’s not a good idea because of the risk involved.
One of the least expensive ways to start a business in the Meet Kevin courses is to become a YouTuber. But you’ll need a lot of hard work and patience before you can start earning money from this.
Besides, though it costs nothing to set up a channel on YouTube, video production equipment can cost anywhere from $1,300 to $10,000, so plan to budget accordingly if you want to create your own videos.
And with the current YouTuber landscape’s cutthroat competition, it could be years before you start seeing any real success.
Cons and Complaints of Meet Kevin Course
At the time of writing, Meet Kevin has 1.84 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. It appears that he has some expertise in what he teaches. Nevertheless, I cannot recommend his courses for the following reasons:
1. Meet Kevin Courses are Too Expensive
The courses at Meet Kevin are very expensive and not everyone can afford them. I don’t recommend investing so much money into a course when you have not made a penny. It’s risky to invest thousands of dollars when you are not sure whether it works or not.
Everything he taught, including real estate investing and starting a YouTube channel, can be found for free on YouTube. If you’re interested in these niches, you should start by watching some free videos or reading some books on these topics.
What you may not know is that there is actually an all-in-one learning platform that provides you with comprehensive training, domain registration, web hosting, writing tools, etc. with a low subscription fee (the first month is only $19!) to build a digital asset that generates passive income. It is a much better alternative and I will talk about it later.
2. Meet Kevin YouTube Course Won’t Help You Build A Successful Channel
Meet Kevin YouTube course is unlikely to help you survive the intense YouTube competition.
There are about 31 million channels on YouTube. Based on the lowest barrier to entry for YouTube monetization – the YouTube Partner Programme – we can see that the YouTuber must have at least a thousand subscribers.
Other factors include 4,000 hours of viewing time and adherence to community guidelines, but we can not find this information for every YouTuber on the platform.
However, AskWonder reports that the number of YouTube channels with more than 1,000 subscribers is less than 80,000. Granted, these numbers are a bit rough, but the disparity is clear even with a large margin of error.
Based on these two metrics alone, we can estimate that only about 0.25% of all YouTube channels make money. That’s not much.
And when you consider that not all channels with more than a thousand subscribers can actually make money and that even those that can make money may not make much money at all, the picture gets a little bleak.
3. Meet Kevin’s Coaching Call Is Just An Expensive Upsell
Meet Kevin’s one-hour call costs $9750. That’s ridiculous! How can you earn $9,750 in one hour? My daily income with online business isn’t even $9750 despite doing it for years.
In fact, the average business consulting fee is only between $150 and $1,000 per hour. On Upwork, freelance startup consultants charge hourly rates that can range from $50 to $150. Generally, marketing consultants charge slightly less, while freelancers with expertise in security and finance charge slightly more.
However, if you’re just starting your business, you’ll not have many difficult questions. Mostly it’s just technical questions, so it’s not worth spending $9750 on a coaching call with Kevin.
It’s best to pay based on the value the consultant brings to your business, not just the time they spend or the materials they provide.
4. Real Estate Investing is Too Expensive and Risky For Beginner Entrepreneurs
Kevin said that his course on real estate investing can help you become a millionaire. However, I believe his assessment of the risks and costs involved was deliberately understated. Real estate investments are indeed best suited for people who already have a high income or a stable business, not for people who want to start from scratch.
To make money, you must first have money. Forget the gurus who claim, “You can get rich buying real estate with OPM (Other People’s Money).” You can buy stocks with little money, but you need a lot more money to buy real estate.
For starters, you’ll need a down payment, closing costs, and money to repair and upgrade the property to maximize rental income. There are also ongoing costs such as property taxes, insurance, mortgage payments, and property maintenance once you own the property.
Although property values tend to increase over time, the real estate market is volatile and your investment may lose value. Real estate trends, including prices and rental rates, are influenced by supply and demand, the economy, demographics, interest rates, government policies, and unforeseen events.
To generate rental income, whether you own a single-family home or an office building, you need to fill those units with tenants. Unfortunately, real estate investments always carry the risk of a high vacancy rate. A high vacancy rate is especially dangerous if you rely on rental income to pay the mortgage, insurance, property taxes, maintenance, and other expenses.
If you own stock, you can easily sell it if you need money or just want to get rid of it. That’s not always the case with real estate investments. If you need to sell your property quickly, you may sell below market value or at a loss because you lack liquidity.
Negative cash flow can occur in real estate investing when the money coming in is less than the money going out, which means you are losing money.
5. No Refund
There is no free trial for Meet Kevin courses. You won’t be able to get back your hard-earned money even if the course doesn’t live up to its promise. I couldn’t find any money-back guarantee for their courses.
However, my #1 recommended platform has a free membership plan, where you can get access to the first-level training and even build a free website.
If you like it and feel good to go further, you can then upgrade to the premium plan at a 50% discount for the first month. So you don’t need to worry about making a bad investment.
6. Lack of Successful Stories of Students
While Meet Kevin courses claim that there is a lot of their students see results from the training, there is no verified evidence to show this.
You may see some reviews posting screenshots as proof of the success stories. But there is no way to verify if those are true results or not.
Moreover, while Meet Kevin teaches people how to make money, most of his revenue comes from the courses instead of what he teaches. That makes the whole thing not convincing at all.
Positive and Negative Feedback From Students of Meet Kevin Course
- Kevin Paffrath is completely legitimate. The fact that he has a large number of subscribers on his YouTube channels proves his honesty and mastery of the subject. Even those who have tried to make him out to be a fraud have been chastised.
- He’s very active on his social media platforms, especially YouTube.
- He’s very open about his prices. Unlike most courses where you have to arrange a phone call before you know the price, his courses are clearly stated on his website.
- This course offers a reasonable quality of training.
- The courses are already quite expensive. However, the business strategy they teach is far more expensive than the courses themselves. If you want to succeed with the business ideas presented here, you’ll need a lot of money.
- Since Kevin Paffrath went into politics, the courses are reportedly not updated as frequently as they used to be. Of course, this may be due to the fact that the designer is very busy at the moment. However, if this trend continues, the quality of the courses will drop rapidly and the tactics offered here may soon become obsolete.
- Your official Discord group is currently of poor quality. It’s not dead yet, but it’s not very active either.
Meet Kevin Course Review: Final Verdict
Meet Kevin continues to be regarded as a reliable and genuine businessman.
The fact that his political activities may affect the quality of his courses is the reason I’ve not recommended any of his courses. At some point in the future, he may be too swamped with work to continue making in-person coaching calls or releasing new modules for his online courses.
That would cause the prices for those courses to drop precipitously. Not to mention the fact that most of the techniques discussed here may now be obsolete.
In addition, the costs associated with buying real estate or stocks make such options unattractive. If you think that completing one of these courses would prepare you to make money in the stock market, real estate, or even as a YouTuber, you’ll be sorely disappointed.
The money you make from these strategies may not be enough to cover your expenses and the time and effort you put into the job.
To be honest, I think there are better ways to make money. Let me tell you more in the next section.

None that I was able to locate, anyway.

To my dismay, I was unable to locate any.
