Are you looking for a Keysearch review? Is Keysearch a scam? Should you use Keysearch for improving your website’s SEO?

You will be able to discover hidden gem keywords that are easy to rank as well as track your SEO efforts and spy on your competitors when you use Keysearch.
KeySearch is a comprehensive SEO tool that helps you:

- Provides insight into competitor research.
- Check your backlinks.
- Check which keywords you’re ranking for (or near ranking for).

- And a lot more.
It works by helping you track your SEO efforts, determine what keywords you can realistically rank for and see what keywords your competitors are using for their articles.

Keysearch Features Review
There are dozens of features in this tool, such as:
- Keyword Research
- Backlink Analysis
- Keyword & SERP Difficulty Checker
- Keyword Rank Tracking
- YouTube Keyword Research
- Competition Analysis
- Backlink Finder
- Chrome/Firefox Addon
- API Access
- White-Label Reporting
- and much more
Following are brief descriptions of each feature:
Keyword Research Tool
Keyword research with Keysearch is easy and intuitive. Using the Keyword Research Tool, you can find the best keywords to target.
Keysearch allows you to measure a keyword’s difficulty as well as see which companies rank on the first page of search results.
Using this tool, you can check the difficulty of a keyword before deciding whether to target it. It can save you an incredible amount of time and money when you write content.
My favorite aspect of this tool is that it displays all the pertinent details about a keyword in one box.
You can also choose from hundreds of suggested keywords:
There are both volume and difficulty indicators for the keyword suggestions. A complete analysis of each of the keywords shown in the suggestion will appear if you click any of them.
It is also really helpful to have the Search Results table within this tool.
The table contains all of the important SEO metrics about the sites ranking on the first page that you need to know.
With this information, you can quickly see who is ranking for which keyword and at what position.
However, it does not show you the title of the pages ranking for the keyword in this table.
You can read the page title either by searching for the keyword in Google or by visiting the URL of the page.
Furthermore, it displays the search results pages’ search engine suggestions.
Searching for similar things on the internet gives you an idea of what people search for. Make sure you don’t disregard these suggestions. Long-tail keywords are the ones you should include in your content.
Besides displaying the search volume and difficulty of the keyword, it also lets you export a CSV or PDF file containing details about the Keyword.
With it, you would be able to get Keyword data and suggestions from Google Adwords Keyword Planner, YouTube Suggest, Bing Suggest, and other sources.
Ever wondered how much traffic a long-tail keyword or specific keyword receives? Or if you even stand a chance of ranking for it?
KeySearch allows you to do that.
Even better, for a single word you can enter, KeySearch will suggest a list of niche long-tail keywords that may work even better.
With the keyword research in-depth feature, you can also find out the DA values of the ranking websites, that way determining if you can exceed them on page 1.
Quick Difficulty Checker Tool
The tool is a great time-saver. The tool allows you to check the keyword difficulty and volume for as many as 50 keywords at a time, instead of checking one keyword at a time.
In addition, you can export keywords, search volumes, and other details as CSV files.
Any SEO tool should have a backlink checker as one of its core components. Keysearch has one of the best backlink analysis tools around.
It allows you to check all backlinks to a domain or just a specific page.
Keysearch can help you determine the quality of the website. When it comes to finding quality websites from which to guest post or get a link, this metric is useful.
In addition, you can view links for the domain or page you are checking over the last 12 months. A site or a domain’s ranking is determined based on how difficult it is to outrank them.
Whenever a page or website has backlinks, Keysearch displays the metrics and details, like Anchor Text, Domain Strength (Keysearch’s own metric), Number of Incoming Links, and whether the link is dofollow.
The criteria can easily be used to filter backlinks, including link number, domain strength, link source, and link type (dofollow or nofollow).
In this tool, you are given the option of viewing 50, 100, 250, 1000, and all backlinks at once. Also, any website or page can be exported with its backlinks.
However, one of the things I don’t like about this export functionality is that it only exports the backlinks if you have all the backlinks displayed in your browser.
Additionally, this can cause your browser to stop working due to the high memory use.
You will love this tool if you are a YouTuber. You can use it to determine what keywords are most relevant to your business, as well as how much competition for each keyword there is.
As with the Keyword Analysis tool, this tool looks exactly like it. The tool includes a similar table to Keyword Analysis Tool.
Video Age, Views, Likes, Dislikes, Comments, and whether or not the keyword is in the title and the description are shown along with the URLs of videos.
My only complaint, like with the Keyword Analysis tool, is that the table doesn’t display the page title along with the URL.
The keyword will have to be manually searched on Google or in this case you will have to open each video individually to check the title.
In this tool, you’ll find a keyword suggestion box similar to the one you’ll see with the Keyword Analyzer on the right with multiple keywords you might consider.
The YouTube Keyword Research Tool has a quick difficulty checker as well. You can view metrics and see the difficulty of up to 50 keywords simultaneously.
Keyword Rank Tracker Tool
Keysearch’s keyword rank tracking tool can help you determine whether or not your SEO efforts are paying off. By tracking your website’s position for specific keywords, you can see how it fares.
When you become involved in link-building campaigns, this is really useful. The tool will help you find out which SEO tactics work for your industry and website.
By setting up email notifications, you can get an email whenever your search engine ranking changes for a given keyword.
The tool creates a graph of all previous rankings for a keyword added since the day it was entered.
When you do SEO work for clients, this tool is essential. Reports about the effectiveness of your SEO campaigns can easily be sent to your clients.
The user interface of this rank tracking tool isn’t as intuitive as other ones I have used. However, you will be able to use it easily once you have a grasp of how it works.
With the add-on, you can analyze Keyword Difficulty right in your browser.
Installing the browser extension will provide you with the keyword difficulty and Search Results Matrix, with important metrics about the pages appearing in search results.
Saving time like this can be very beneficial. Google can often provide you with keyword suggestions that are pertinent to your niche.
You can quickly view the Quality score and other important metrics without opening your Keysearch account.
Ideally, the extension would also display the keywords’ search volume.
Using this software, Keysearch will analyze your content and suggest improvements based on what other content is ranking on the first page, which in my opinion is one great feature of Keysearch.
After copying and pasting a text from one of my posts into the editor, you will get a list of keywords you should use (also known as LSI keywords).
Additionally, there are the following cool features:
- Analyze the word count of your website and see if you are in line with your competitors
- Topics suggested by Google based on related keywords
- A list of top URL keywords showing you the keyword that brings the most traffic
- Content snippets that you can use as inspiration while editing
- Provide your readers with additional information about your topic by asking questions in your content
- An analysis of the SERPs with a link to visit the website and a listing of the top pages
This is a brand new feature, but it is a wonderful addition. By entering a keyword, the tool will suggest possible guest posts for you, show you related forums and blog posts for you to interact with.
When you searched for “WordPress” in the Guest Posts and Forums, some great results will be found. Although the blog search didn’t work, it still offers great outreach ideas for gaining new backlinks or engaging with potential new readers.
Brainstorm Niche Ideas
KeySearch uses Twitter Trends, Google Trends, and Amazon Movers to provide niche ideas.
There is a listing of various products that are selling well in various categories. You can find a lot of useful products in this list if you are an Amazon Associate or looking for new products to promote or review on your website.
KeySearch provides keyword suggestions based on words you enter into the search bar at the top of the screen. In addition to eBay, it will generate suggestions for Yahoo, Google, Bing, Amazon, and YouTube.
Clicking on any of the keyword suggestions will allow you to explore the keyword further and analyze its difficulty score.
Webpage Audit Analyzer
An SEO tool’s page analyzer is an excellent feature. The only thing you need to do is submit a URL (domain name or article). Keysearch then provides a detailed report with all types of SEO elements, mostly on-page, that are either good or bad.
A meta description, title tag, internal link, outbound link, alt attribute, etc., are some example items included here. At the bottom, you can find results from Google PageSpeed Insights.
A Webpage Audit Analyzer can be used to check if a particular page includes meta keywords. This tool marks a page as red if the meta keywords aren’t set.
With URL metrics, you can check up to 20 URLs at once.
It includes all the information you need to know about a URL, including:
- Page authority and domain authority
- Domain strength
- The total number of backlinks, including nofollow and dofollow links
- Rank on Alexa
- The number of ranking keywords
- Traffic estimate for the site.
In this feature, you can see what sites are the most authoritative and have the most traffic, which is very useful when looking for sites to guest post on.
How To Use Keysearch?
Let me show you how to use Keysearch so that you know how much you wil enjoy using this SEO tool.
Analyse Your Site
The first thing you need to know about your site is that you need to start searching for keywords.
A high DA (domain authority) and Keysearch competition score can show you whether you can beat the competition.
Moz‘s Keyword Metrics or Keysearch’s URL Metrics can be used to find your DA.
The Explorer page shows your Keysearch competition score. Additionally, you can find a lot more information about a domain there, such as keywords it ranks for, organic traffic estimates, backlinks, and referring domains.
It’s important to keep in mind that DA and Keysearch competitor score aren’t ranking factors and aren’t taken into account by Google. DA or competition scores can help you outrank sites, but it is easier to target keywords with sites that have a lower DA.
As DA indicates whether you are likely to rank for a particular keyword, it’s worth considering when searching for keywords.
Finding The Perfect Keyword
It’s now time to come up with a keyword. Start by typing in a suggestion. A good example would be to search for “things to do in Tokyo”, when planning to write an article about Tokyo.
There are several elements included in Keysearch, such as average monthly search volume, keyword difficulty, keyword trend, and a list of alternative keywords. Then you’ll get a list of the ten pages that rank for the keyword and a brief outline of them.
You’ll see that “things to do in Tokyo” is a tough keyword to find. However, the difficulty score (47) is very high, despite the good search volume (9900 per month).
It depends entirely on your niche, your domain authority, and your authority on the topic whether or not you can rank for this keyword. If you can rank using a low keyword difficulty, you can increase your ranking!
Due to the difficulty of ranking for this keyword, you may want to consider alternative terms. Using the keyword suggestion box on the side can be helpful (anime things to do in Tokyo is a lot easier to rank for!).
Alternatively, you can do some more research. You might want to research “Tokyo itinerary”. Even though you’ll still cover Tokyo in a slightly different format, you’ll still cover things to do in Tokyo.
It may also be advantageous to check if variations of that keyword are more relevant. Mix it up by telling your audience that Japan is a four day itinerary or that you are going to Tokyo for four days. Search volume for these terms is much higher every month, and most pages rank for them all.
You can also locate the keywords for specific countries if you wish. When you select your country, Keyseach will provide you with the data for it.
1. A powerful SEO tool that offers everything you need
The tool offers more than just keyword research capabilities – it has a variety of features that can improve your blog or website’s SEO.
The following are some of its key features:
- Keyword Difficulty Checker
- YouTube Research
- SEO Competition Analysis
- Backlink Checker
- Rank Tracking
- Brainstorm Niche Ideas
- Webpage Audit Analyzer
- Competitive Analysis
Your competition will be outranked to the extent that you get a larger share of the Google traffic pie when you use Keysearch.
2. Keysearch is Affordable
Keysearch is extremely affordable when compared to similar tools in the market. You’ll only need to pay $17 per month to subscribe to their Starter Plan, and you’ll save a lot with their annual plan that’s only $169 per year.
You can also upgrade to Keysearch’s Pro plan in order to access pro features like rank tracking but just to be honest, most bloggers and small businesses will find that it’s more than enough!.
You may want to consider Keysearch as an ahrefs alternative or a SEMrush alternative as it offers similar functionality at an affordable price.
3. Keysearch is Beginner-Friendly
The biggest obstacle bloggers face when it comes to SEO is the perception that it requires a great deal of expertise and mastery.
There are various advanced SEO strategies that only SEO specialists should try, but there are still so many basic SEO tactics that bloggers can use on their own blogs that would dramatically improve their traffic. Keysearch is very easy to use that anyone will know how to use it.
2. Determine the competitiveness of keywords
By going to Keyword Research > Quick Difficulty and entering your keyword, you will be able to see the top 10 rankings in Google for your search term.
5. Find content ideas that will drive traffic
If you enter both your URLs at the menu item Competitive Analysis > Competitor Gap you can get ideas for new content by seeing what your competitors are ranking for and what you’re not.
You can take advantage of this if you know that your competitor isn’t great at SEO, using keywords, or has a low domain authority, so you should be able to beat them if you write on the same topic.
6. Research the competition’s backlinks
By analyzing your competitors’ links, you might be able to find areas where you could also get links. Backlink Checker can be found under Competitio Analysis. Simply enter your competitor’s URL to get started.
7. Track your rankings
Track your keyword rankings easily with the menu item Rank Tracking.
You can enter your blog’s URL and keywords at the same time. If you wish to get rankings for a specific country, you must know what version of Google is used in that country.
Keep in mind that the results of a search are not global – they vary depending on where you are. Therefore, select the country in which your target audience lives the majority of the time.
If you plan to use this keyword across multiple destinations, you can specify each destination separately so that you can track your rankings in these different places. This information can be quite useful.
Keysearch Cons and Complaints
1. Keysearch Cannot Make You Become Rich Quickly
Keysearch doesn’t mean to be a shortcut to make you rich quickly. Keysearch is a tool that can save you a lot of time and effort in doing SEO research.
You cannot expect to make a lot of money immediately after using Keysearch. Because ultimately, it depends on how much time you spend on creating SEO content. Also, you still need to promote your products that meet the needs of people in order to make money.

Is Keysearch a Scam?
Keysearch is certainly not a scam. It’s a legit tool created by a legit company.
A keyword research tool like Keysearch is one of the least expensive options available.
KeySearch is an excellent tool for keyword research that is affordable and easy to use. For those building blogs or niche sites, it’s a good alternative to paid tools like Ahrefs and Moz.
Keysearch Review: Final Verdict
I appreciated Keysearch as a cheaper Ahrefs alternative.
There are dozens of features to choose from. While Ahrefs offers more features, Keysearch is still not a tool to be ignored.
You can use Keysearch, no matter your level of experience or the size of your marketing agency.
Tools like Ahrefs aren’t relevant for individuals who aren’t agencies or companies. Most of the features offered by Ahrefs won’t be useful to you when you’re just starting out.
Keysearch isn’t just another Ahrefs clone; it’s an all-in-one tool that covers all your blogging needs. You can use it to analyze the competition and find easy-to-rank keywords.
I wouldn’t say that Keysearch is a better alternative to Ahrefs, but it is, nevertheless, an alternative that can help your business with SEO.
Bloggers may be able to rank for the most relevant keywords with Keysearch because it is easy to use, affordable, and contains all the details they need to start ranking.
When I started blogging, I wish I knew about Keysearch sooner. It would have made me so much more productive.
If you haven’t tried Keysearch yet, I highly recommend you do so.
You should purchase a month’s subscription to fully test out the tool – you can always upgrade to the annual plan if you like it and save some money.
Keysearch Alternative: Make Passive Income Online
If you don’t have an online business yet and plan to use Keysearch for providing SEO service as a freelancer, you might not be able to make a lot of money. Because working as an SEO freelancer cannot help you make passive income.
In fact, the best and easiest business model to make passive income online is affiliate marketing.
As an experienced Internet entrepreneur, I’d say affiliate marketing is the best and the easiest way to make money online.
Why? Because it’s been proven to work for many people and you can do it as a side hustle.
In affiliate marketing, you can run your business almost at zero cost without any trouble from sourcing products or managing inventory.
More importantly, it allows you to enjoy a steady stream of passive income while going on vacation or working a full-time job.
Warren Buffet once said, “If you don’t find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.”
The easiest way to make money while you sleep is by getting started with affiliate marketing.
And since the world is full of uncertainty, I’d always choose a business model that has the lowest risk.
But How Much Can You Earn in Affiliate Marketing?
A 21-year old student from my #1 recommended training platform of affiliate marketing was able to earn $7,395 in just 1 week, which means he made more than $1k a day…all while using free traffic methods.
