He teaches people to invest in real estate with small capital. He always talks about the tricks to succeed in real estate business with no money and no credit.

His method is called Home Equity Loan. It works by getting a loan with little money down to buy the first home, then using the home as proof of equity to get a bigger loan from the bank, and use that loan to buy another home and receive rent.

He has a lot of subscribers on YouTube. At the time of writing, he has around 866K subscribers for his YouTube channel. You can receive quite a lot of free value on his YouTube videos.

He said he was able to retire at 26 years old. He gained financial freedom by investing in real estate.

How did he do it? What he did is that he bought a house loaded with equity of at least $150K and paid $110K for it. Then rent out the basement of the house to receive a rental that can cover the mortgage.

After a year, with some equity in the first house, he approached the bank to get a home equity loan for $20K. He then used the $20K to buy another house and rent it out. He earned $600 a month for that.

He repeated the process of taking more loans from increased equity and buying more homes. After 4 years, he had 25 homes which paid him $12K a month in total. He said that’s enough for him to retire.

Kris Krohn Net Worth

Kris has a net worth of $65 million. He claims to be the owner of 400 properties in the United States, many of which he purchased without a down payment. He has about 30,000 views per day, so according to Social Blade, he earns about $9,000 per month from YouTube ads at a CPM of $10.

The unconventional real estate investor’s wealth is based in large part on income from the Real Estate Investors Club and Strongbrook Group.

By 2010, Krohn had earned about $1 million from his two companies. 

Kris Krohn started his YouTube channel around the time he became a motivational speaker and private mentor in 2014. In addition to real estate, he also produces content about self-improvement. He’s not as good a speaker as Tony Robbins, but he’s still very good.

In 2017, he published a book called Limitless, which serves as a guide for people who want to succeed in the real estate industry. Kris has published a total of five books, the first of which was published in 2010.

Though some people say Kris is a scam artist, he must be doing something right because he currently has 866K subscribers on YouTube.

Kris Krohn offers a training program that teaches you his success blueprint in real estate.  That is using home equity loans to buy homes to rent out and make passive income.

The process is like keep taking loans to buy more homes for renting. That is based on the assumption that you find the right home at the right price, meaning the price you pay is lower than its actual/potential value.

He also offers you to cooperate with his team, meaning they will do the research and due diligence work for finding the right home for renting. And you provide the capital and credit for buying the home. But you have to share 50% of the return with them.

You can get started with very little money, according to Kris Krohn. Having a lot of money is not as important as knowing how to best use it.

  • You probably don’t need this course if you’ve already read his books or watched some of his free videos since the information is essentially the same.
  • The training can cost up to $499 per month. You may want to save that money aside for buying a house.
  • He was the head of a company that the SEC filed charges against in 2012.

Can You Make Money With Kris Krohn’s Real Estate Course?

Depending on the value of your assets, the real estate business can yield huge profits. However, there are a number of problems that Kris Krohn’s real estate course will not change.

According to Kris Krohn, you can get started with as little as $1,000. It does not matter what you have; the key is to use that small capital in a way that brings returns.

In fact, you need at least $100,000 to invest in rental properties.

Being a landlord is the tried and true method of investing in real estate, but it is also the most expensive and time-consuming. The basic concept is familiar to all of us. An investor buys a residential or commercial property to rent out to a tenant. The mortgage, taxes, and maintenance costs are the responsibility of the owner. Ideally, the rent covers the costs while providing income or capital appreciation, or both.

Kris Krohn is not a scam. There are quite a lot of testimonials online that talk positively about Kris Krohn. And given his big following on YouTube, it’s very unlikely that he is a scam.

However, the problem is whether you can really make easy money after buying Kris’s courses.

It’s true that some people can make a lot of money in real estate if done right. But doing real estate investing is never easy. It is very risky indeed due to the capital involved.

Kris seems to ignore a lot of issues hidden in real estate investment and make it look like so easy to make money with real estate. That’s probably because he’s trying to sell his courses. Making it look easy is the best way to attract more people to join.

However, think about it, if the first house you bought drops in value because the economy crashes or you overvalued the house when you bought it, what can you do? And what if you cannot find a tenant for your house or your tenant moves out?

Also, buying a house with credit is very risky. Putting $20K down to buy a house but you can only make $600 per month from the rental. Is it worth it? Sometimes, because of maintenance and repair cost, you may have zero net profit for the month.

There are many uncertainties when it comes to real estate investing, which are not mentioned by Kris Krohn.
