Are you looking for a review of Clever Investor? Do you wonder if it is a scam?

If you want to make an investment in real estate, you might want to know if Clever Investor can teach you how to do the real estate flipping business.

I have a passion to help people explore money-making opportunities. So I have reviewed hundreds of programs that claim to teach people how to make money.

I have done thorough research about Clever Investor in the past week, so I can tell you everything you need to know before you make a decision.

As a disclaimer, I’m not affiliated with Cody Sperber, meaning I’m not paid to write this review. So you can be sure that my opinions are unbiased.

At the end of this review, I’ll also tell you a much better alternative that enables me to make a 4-5 figure monthly passive income.

Here’s what’ll cover in this Clever Investor review.

Who is Cody Sperber?

Cody Sperber comes from Mesa, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a business degree. He majored in finance and real estate.

cody sperber – clever investor review, scam or legit?

Cody Sperber started real estate investing when he was in college. He went full-time into flipping properties after two years of graduation. Before that, he worked as a bookkeeper.

The life-changing event that Cody Sperber attended was Jack Miller’s seminar, who was a real estate expert from the 80s.

In that event, Cody Sperber met a man called Lyle, who became Cody Sperber’s mentor. His mentor helped him revamp the systems of Cody Sperber’s real estate investments.

Later on, Cody Sperber started Clever Investor to offer real estate training. He claims to help people become real estate entrepreneurs. Right now, this is his major business and his largest income source.

What is Clever Investor?

Clever Investor was created by Cody Sperber in 2010. It claims to offer real estate investment training to thousands of students.

You can find a number of courses that teach different strategies of real estate investment. In this review, I’m going to focus on Cody Sperber’s 30 Day Deal Challenge.

What is Clever Investor 30 Day Deal Challenge?

Clever Investor 30 Day Deal Challenge is a crash course for real estate investment. You have to take daily action by following the 30 days of action planner. Each day, you will be required to complete a task.

In the course, Cody Sperber will explain the flipping process to you. Here are the 5 steps:

  1. Market your flipping service using social media
  2. Acquire property using various strategies like direct mail, internet flyers and YouTube
  3. Find funding by contacting the banks and brokers
  4. Sell the property using the so-called Assignment Method or Double Close Method
  5. Do evaluation and repeat the process

When you enrol in Clever Investor 30 Day Deal Challenge, here’s what you can expect to get:

  • Live Weekly W&A Calls
  • 30 Days of Action Pan
  • Three Bonus Courses: Quick Flips For Big Profits; Negotiation and Influence; Direct Mail Deal Maker

Clever Investor 30 Day Deal Challenge Pricing

It is a very expensive course. It costs $5,998 to enrol. If you want additional mentoring from Cody Sperber, you have to pay $10k to $45k extra.

Personally, I think the course is overpriced. The information taught in the course isn’t worth the price because most can be found online for free.

If you really want to do real estate investment, there are lots of books written by great investors.

Also since real estate investment is very risky, I actually don’t recommend people doing this unless you are very rich. Otherwise, I have a better recommendation for you, which I will tell you more in the later section.

Is Cody Sperber a Scam?

I cannot say Cody Sperber is a scam. At least I don’t have sufficient evidence to say so. You can get access to valuable real estate training in Cody Sperber’s course. Cody Sperber does know the stuff.

However, Cody Sperber’s course might not be suitable for you if you don’t have a lot of capital.

It’s very expensive to buy his course. You really need a lot of capital to do physical real estate investment as well. For example, you need money for buying property, marketing and hiring professionals like lawyers.

Also, although it sounds like a good idea to invest money in real estate, the ROI (returns on investment) for property investing has decreased over the years.

It’s as risky as stock trading when a lot of your money is locked in the land which has an extremely low liquidity. In case you need an emergency fund, you’ll be in big trouble.

Many people like doing property investment to generate passive income for retirement, but that’s not a good idea because of the risk involved.

Therefore, I don’t recommend Cody Sperber’s Clever Investor.

Instead, I have a better recommendation for you, which enables me to make a 4-5 figure monthly passive income.

In recent years, the world has undergone a massive change due to the Internet, which has created a lot of opportunities to make money online.

While the real estate market is volatile and might rise or fall in value, a digital asset can always give you stable cash flow and it only takes 1-2 years to build a sustainable online business.

Building a digital asset has much lower risk and doesn’t need huge initial capital, but the return on investment is very high.

In the next section, I will introduce you to the best online business model to start today.

  1. Thank you for article. I have bad taste in my mouth by calling about Cody program. jerk sale person Ryan have insulted me when I called to ask about the program. He refused to escalate the matter because I think there is no one there to escalate to, and I am not going to put up with disrespect. Based on what I got from Ryan, Looks like Cody running just another guru scam to screw the newbies by charging monthly fees, overpriced skip tracing, and providing no costumer support. And then when poor newbies find some deals, you are just going to blast them to the list of potential buyers and hoping that it will lend somewhere. It seems like Cody has no intentions buying any properties, and newbies surely do not need him and his crappy 0 Service. Look like Cody simply after their money and free energy, and have nasty people representing him. May be your reps are to blame, but it makes you him look bad. Cody, Please contact me to resolve the issues, otherwise I will continue writing reviews, and keep warning people about your crappy company who are after screwing newbies. hope to hear from you soon.
