1. CHARLES H. WILSON PARK

Charles H. Wilson Park is a 44.1-acre public park in Torrance. It expands on the already popular recreational area. 

In the park, there are bouncers, horseshoe courts, a treehouse that anyone can use, pickleball courts, a roller hockey rink, an outdoor amphitheater, batting cages, and fitness equipment. 

The park includes an indoor sports center and a certified farmers’ market. It also has a 0.91-mile-long fitness course. Picnic areas, grills, a playground, softball diamonds, and basketball courts can all be reserved at the park. 

There are separate places in the park for sand volleyball, tennis, and horseshoes. The.91-mile fitness trail, the splash pad (open from April to December), and the paddle tennis courts are all available to visitors to Charles H. Wilson Park. People with disabilities can enter the park.

2. COLUMBIA PARK

Columbia Park is a recreational urban regional park in the city of Torrance. It has a park that spans over 52 acres. For competitions, there are soccer fields, baseball diamonds, bocce ball courts, community gardens, walking paths, and a cross-country running trail. 

There are two baseball diamonds and six soccer fields in the park. It also has a roller skating rink. Columbia Park has grills, community gardens, and a charging station for electric vehicles. 

The park features a reserved picnic area, barbecues, a gazebo, a playground with a bouncer, a sand volleyball court, and soccer fields. The park is wheelchair accessible and has a plug-share electric car charging station.

At Los Arboles Rocketship Park, children can play in their own areas. There are swings, slides, and fun kits in these areas. There is an escape from the city that is high up in the sky and has a playground with a rocketship structure. The park also has grassy areas, tennis courts, an amazing bay walk, and a picnic table.
